Good but expensive coffee. There is no room for line, because some people order and wait in the same line. Need to reorganize the room, maybe from left to right. So people would walk in and go to the left order and go to the right and wait for it to be made. Well the flow just needs to be redesign. Second I strongly believe that workers in healthcare and food industry should not have so much piercing and tattoos (but thats just my opinion… maybe its the company style). However, while waiting I observe people in the kitchen and I saw how the food was prepared. The worker was wearing one glove and was holding a knife with it, but with the other hand was touching food. Overall three star. Improve the people flow and watch for hygiene.

Im pretty over the hype of FM. The cashiers were super unfriendly today, our food took a long time, my coffee order was wrong, when we finally got our food mine was cold, and it was just overall unpleasant. The tomato soup tasted like it had about 4 tablespoons of sugar in it. But my bagel was decent. Im all about supporting local, but not for mediocre over priced food. I will be looking for another place to go when guests are in town.

I love Frothy Monkey. Its a great place to have a quick meeting. They have wifi. They have delicious coffee. I really love the hot cocoa made from Hatcher Dairy Farm milk. I think the only thing is that its confusing for first time guest since the menu isnt front and center and then they have to ask for one. I think they should be more obvious about that. Otherwise no complaints.

One of my favorite spots in Franklin! The staff here are polite, the drinks are creative, and the atmosphere is warm and comfy. I love coming here to meet up with friends. Today, I didnt like the orange flavoring in the orange lavender latte I ordered, and I was able to get a lavender latte made for me really quickly despite the long line. Thats service! <3

I love this place when its quiet.. but its never quiet. And there are a lot of Chrispers who hang out there, so wear headphones unless you want to hear scripture-based "debates". Chrispers are white Christian hipsters FYI. Their daily specials are usually on-point. And if you dont want to wait for coffee too long, get the drip.

Best coffee shop in Franklin. Period. AND THEY HAVE FOOD? Perfect. The Turtle Mocha and the Rosemary Honey Latte are reasons alone to visit. Then theres The Buck (Pastrami sandwich!). Breakfast omelets, too. Then Wine Down Wednesdays. Then seasonal drinks, hot and cold--coffee and well drinks.

Visiting from out of town I was truly surprised with this establishment. They served coffee, tea and booze? What could be better. The balcony was lovely on a nice warm and breezy day. The wait staff was courteous and prompt. I will be coming back when I visit Franklin again.

My first time in Franklin here (we went for breakfast on Saturday morning after Thanksgiving (2016). It is a very cute place and the food was good. The best part is the ambiance, that was very cozy and vintage. The coffee was also good and we had a great time.

Awesome coffee, food, and service. The value here is quite high. You can avoid the giant coffee chains and save yourself any embarrassment by drinking and eating local products. You know you love eating and drinking locally. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The buckwheat waffles are a must-try! Omlete is fresh and I really liked how the eggs are slightly runny. Outdoor seating is awesome on a nice day. Service is fast and efficient. Stay away from the sangria, as its really watered down, but the mimosa is great!

Please check out this place. Prices are comfortable. The wait staff is great. Go early because the sweets dont last long. We were walking and walked right into the place waiting for over two hours for reservations at 55 around the corner. Will be back.

One of the best breakfast places around and now that theyre roasting their own coffee, its greatly improved! Theyve got the best plain, iced coffee around and at a really good price. Their omelets, pancakes and Ida sandwich with bacon are my favorites.

Frothy Monkey as a whole is a solid choice for good coffee. It can be expensive, and their food selection can be even pricier. That being said, the Franklin Frothy has a great vibe. Good location, but parking can be tricky. Everything tastes great.

Super cozy coffee shop on the edge of downtown Franklin. Great service even though they were very busy. Friendly, prompt, and the food was great! Their PMP sandwich was amazing. Oh and the coffee is awesome too. Definitely will be coming back.

We stopped in for a quick coffee and cappuccino over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The place was bustling. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in historic Franklin. I like the ease of parking and the choice of outdoor covered seating.

This is my Franklin haunt. The have food, wine, beer, and liquer soon. Oh yeah, coffee too! Great staff, good place to get work done most of the time (upstairs). Smoking deck upstairs in the back with tables and chairs.

I"m not sure what all the fuss is about. The place has amazing service and amazing coffee but the taste of their food is very bland and nothing special in my opinion. There are much better places to eat out there..

Service isnt great, kinda feel like cattle. Its just an uncomfortable place to order anything when its busy. Food took a while and was somewhat overpriced. Not terrible, but just nothing fantastic either.

One of our last stops in Nashville before we head home. Frothy Monkey is very nice. Tried their cappuccino in which Brian the very skilled barista made our lovely silky smooth cup of fun. Thanks Brian!

Oddly enough, their drip coffees (Mexico and El Salvador) are some of the best in town and rival the more elegant pour-over results. Plus the vibe of the whole place is inviting and unpretentious

Great tasting coffee and frothy monkey mocha isnt too sweet. Breakfast bun hits the spot (but needs cream cheese or butter bc its a bit dry). You can always find a good spot to sit and do work.

KILLER coffee/pancakes/thick bacon! There was a pretty long line but it moved quickly. The guy on the register was quite friendly. I prefer to sit upstairs as its usually quieter up there.
