I was in here getting some sweet tea for a wedding and they were all out of the kroger brand. I went and asked a co-manager, Craig, if they knew when they would get more in stock, he said he thought a truck was there now and he personally ran out to the truck unloaded eight gallons of tea and then loaded them into my car. This place has incredible service and a very friendly atmosphere. They also had good deals for kroger members. I would recommend to anyone.

Clean, great customer service, if I am looking for something I cant locate I can ask an employee which always point the customers in the correct direction. Management has improved their social skills. But most of the cashiers are very rude in need of a class on how to treat every customer with respect . This Store and its employees attitude changed after there last store manager got transferred to another Colliville Kroger store.

Great service, clean and very accessible. The only downside is the fact they become very business during rush hour. In saying that, they try to keep as many lanes open as possible to address the problem. I suggest, if you dont have to many items, to use the self-checkout kiosks. They always have a speedy turnover.

Awful self checkout systems. Lines are always long because there are more employees bagging than working at registers. Definitely a monopoly for groceries in the area, which is a shame.

Good produce, meat selections, and a good layout. Checkouts are quick and easy unless you go at peak times. Then check out is like walmart, 80 people waiting, 20 lanes, 2 lanes open.

I stop by for the plate lunch 5 days a week because it is a fantastic deal, but the staff working the deli/hot food counter would much rather ignore the customers than serve them...

Over all its a good kroger but on 15 or so different occasions Ive almost been hit in the parking lot a long with other pedestrians. Store is good. Parking lot is dangerous
