I previously shopped at another grocery store for years, until they were bought out by another company and now they either stop carrying items I buy frequently or replace them with their store brand, and it drives me crazy. I finally had enough this weekend and went to Publix to get my weekly groceries. The service was AMAZING! I was waiting in line to check out and a gentleman came and directed me to another register that just opened, he then proceeded to sort and place my groceries on the conveyor belt for me (I didnt know what to do with myself at this point). The cashier then asked if there was anything I didnt find and actually there was. The same gentleman that sorted my groceries then went and got the product I couldnt find. During this entire process a third team member was bagging my groceries. When I paid he was already heading for the door with my cart (wow.....again, I didnt know what to do with myself). This gentleman was extremely friendly, sociable, polite, and conversational. I started to help him place the groceries into my vehicle and he politely suggested that I go ahead and start the car and let the AC start cooling it off while he loaded my items. I was so beside myself with the entire experience that I actually started crying in my vehicle. I havent ever been to a grocery store that had this kind of service. I am definitely converted.

Ive been shopping at the Publix at mouse creek for a year now every week and I wanted to say I have never run in to an employee that wasnt helpful and kind. The employees really make shopping there a fun experience. The cashiers are always in a good mood, the baggers always help me out to my car and there is always a nice conversation. I wanted to give a shout out to Oddy who I believe does inventory there and he goes above and beyond helping customers find what they need, running in the back to get items in the back if its not on the shelf and is just always so happy it really makes my day running in to him :) I appreciate the whole staff at this Publix, really!

All I can say.... I wish there was a Kroger close by to compliment this Publix. This is by far the best place to shop in town, if you dont mind a bit of upcharge on your purchases. Fresh meats, friendly people, and open checkout lines make it easy to get in and out quickly. While they do have dishes/cooking supplies/etc, dont be looking here if you need anything more advanced than a mixing bowl.

I always love shopping here. The customer service is fantastic. The store is always clean and stocked. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Prices can be a little higher than other grocery stores, but they do have good sales and also accept some competitor coupons.

I was looking for a certain spice to make a cake. The manager looked for it ,brought it up on the computer and got it ordered for me in time to bake my cakes . He spent quite a bit of time helping me. I really appreciate you guys! Always enjoy shopping there!

Freshest produce, great meats & seafood, BOGO specials every week. As a FL transplant, I was glad to see Publix open in Cleveland. Better subs than any chain sub shop, and some of the best fried chicken youll get other than at Grandmas house.

As a FL native I was super excited to have Publix come to the area. The workers are always super nice and helpful. My first thought was now I can have a publix Sub. Yum yum. And theyre by far the most Coupon friendly store I have found.

It might be a tad more expensive than Walmart, but is so worth it. The store is so much cleaner, the service is infinitely better, and its laid out in a way that makes sense instead of random chaos.
