Its 6pm on a friday, according to google one of your busiest times. I have 5 items and had to wait in line for 15 minutes because only one register is open. I see several employees and managers who i would imaginr are capable of running more. On one of your busiest days, at your busiest time this is just not an acceptable business practice. This store is subpar as it is and i only stop here because its on my way home. When i tell other people i shop here they usually exclaim "ew, why?!" I will be following their advice from now on.

Only used the Bakery here but they were fantastic. I ordered a cake for my sons 2nd birthday at the last minute and they made me a perfect cake, even with only having 24 hour notice. It was ready and waiting exactly at pick up time. Will definitely use them again for our next cake.

Less crowded than other, near by, grocery stores. Recently renovated so its an updated atmosphere with many new and updated products! Produce and meats always fresh and staff always friendly! 25 years of grocery shopping experience with Ingles of Dallas. Always a pleasure!

I enjoy shopping at Ingles, if I,m looking for catfish and I dont want it frozen like a brick . I can go to Ingles and find whole catfish, reasonable and not frozen. People are very nice, and if you cant find something they help you.

Low traffic area, so easy to get in and out of quickly. Workers are always friendly and there is never much of a wait at checkout. I just wish there were a gas station here so I could utilize the fuel rewards.
