Left my car overnight in their parking lot to show up the next day (Saturday) at 11am only to find that it had been towed. You would think this business would like cars in front of their store, as there were ZERO there that morning and every time I looked that afternoon. Not only that, but the tow service they used is all the way at the end of Savannah highway. I think it speaks poorly of a business owner to do things such as this, especially when it was due to someone being responsible the night before. They must do it often because when I went in the store, which is tiny and I dont see how they stay in business, they had a stack of cards from the tow truck place. Come to find out, they make money every time a car gets towed from their lot, seems like a poor way to make a profit if you ask me.

I have shopped there for many years. I live in the Upstate and the Scratch Pad is on my list of places to shop each time I am in the Charleston area. Their selection of gifts and stationary is excellent and includes all price points. The selection of invitations is also extensive. The people working there are very knowledgable of how to word the invitations for printing. Service is fast and you can depend on the finished product being right. I also love their gift wrapping service. Love, love, love this store!

Nice store, however, I will never shop there again or refer to anyone. They nickel and dime you for everything and not tell you until it is time for pick up. Not good for customer service at all! Definitely worth the time and gas to travel to Open House.

I came in once on my way home from work and everyone was very nice to me. When I stopped in on my way to the gym a few weeks later not so much attentiveness. So I didnt buy there. I guess such is the world.
