I love this place and enjoy the relaxing environment. I would recommend The Cigar Experience to any cigar connoisseur or the inexperienced individual who is interested in indulging in a new endeavor of the cigar culture. The staff (Kaitlyn)! is extremely knowledgeable about the entire cigar realm of expertise. Kaitlyn (or is it Catelyn) (Sorry!) is the quintessential cigar aficionado and her knowledge of humidors, lighters, cutters, and all of the associated tools of the trade is very impressive. Her raison detre is of course, cigars. Ask her anything and she knows all about her specialty. She will help the novice with no experience and she will be just as professional with the curious newbie as she is with the veterans. Always kind, courteous, and cheerful, I recommend you go see Caitlyn for all of your cigar experience questions and suggestions. Pete is the owner and he is also super nice, helpful, and always dignified and professional. I give the staff and the Cigar Experience a 5 Star Rating! ***** Stop by and check it out. Buy a few cigars and sit and relax in the lounge, enjoy your favorite beverages, watch some football or a movie, and meet some very nice and interesting people! ...and for the record, she spells her name Kaitlyn. ...I think...LOL! Most innovative Cigar Bar & Lounge In The City. Great selection of cigars which Pete/Wife & his staff goes above & beyond to provide knowledgeable & excellent customer service. Relaxed & friendly atmosphere with grown and sexy crown. I enjoyed the EXPERIENCE of the Fine Cigars as well as the respectful gentlemen, wine tasting & fine decor. Pete has excellent customer service and a wonderful shop. I am very new and do not know a lot about the different Cigars and accessories that are available. Pete and Staff took the time to educate me and explain my options. They made me feel at home and answered all of my questions. It is nice to have someone in the community that provides excellent customer service.

Fantastic selection of fine cigars. Asad the owner is one of the funniest guys you will meet. He has a nice smoke room if you want to kick back and enjoy your cigar on leather couches with a big screen tv. Very fair pricing.
