I placed an order for a 16x20 poster with Printkeg because they offer a satisfaction guarantee. I figured I had nothing to lose. I received the order in lightning fast time, which was awesome. However, the colors were poorly reproduced, looking more like a deskjet print than a professional quality one. Upon inquiring about the technology used to produce the print, I was advised that they do not use a 4-color press for images that size. Good to know, but a little late (I could not find any info about Printkegs printing technology on their website, which should have been a red flag, and they didnt tell me what they DO use, just what they DONT use). I have since notified Printkeg that I consider myself an unsatisfied customer and have asked them by both email and by phone to honor their guarantee, requesting my money back and offering to return their product. I was told my request has been escalated to the manager, but I have yet to hear anything more from them or to receive a refund. This was prior to Christmas 16. At this time I do not recommend doing business with them. I will update this review upon receipt of a refund. UPDATE: PrintKeg has a Twitter account is it turns out (@printkeg), so I decided to tweet them, saying I hadnt seen a dime of their advertised refunds for unsatisfied customers. This got the attention of their CEO who asked me to email him the details of my experience with his company. I did and almost immediately received my money back, with an apology. I am grateful for this, however the fact that it took the CEOs involvement in order to receive that money means my rating will remain at 2 stars.

Ive used this company for both personal artwork and for business needs. The first time was for some custom artwork and it came out great and the experience was superb. Since then Id say GIVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME! For the last few orders they have had a variety of quality issues - however, they will try and fix the issue, and it may or may not work. Ive had images that were not cut at all close to trim size, business cards that were not consistent in color and the cut was all over the place, and "fixed" artwork that still didnt meet the specified margins. Would I use them again? Only for artwork thats not on a deadline. I would not use them for my clients due to unpredictability of end product.

Ordered two runs of stickers two weeks ago for an event this past Saturday. I wasnt sure how fast they would ship, so to be safe I got three day shipping. They showed up several days ahead of when I expected them which was a huge relief. I opened the package and saw that the solid background color of one of the stickers was pixelly, so I emailed the company and they said they were having trouble with that printer. I didnt mind changing the design so I swapped that blue for another color, and they overnighted a new shipment with 75 extra stickers! Couldnt be happier with them.

PrintKEG is a big deal. After navigating complicated and overwhelming (not to mention cheap-looking) printing services online, stumbling upon their site was a breath of fresh air. Not only is their interface ridiculously clean and easy to use, but the reviews on their Facebook page and around the web were just outstanding. So were the prices. I wont be looking anywhere else for my printing services! Oh, and my prints just came in yesterday and the quality, too, was excellent. Thank you PrintKEG!

Our local band needed a large number of promotional posters for upcoming shows. Local office stores and copy outlets want more than $1 per copy for full color. PrintKEG set us up with hundreds of 11"x 17" flyers at less than half that--including shipping! Instructions were clear for submitting an order, PrintKEG had it processed and out their door that same day, and it arrived right on time. We dont have need of printing services very often, but when we do well use PrintKEG.

Loved working with PrintKEG! Super fast, easy, and most of all the most affordable that I have found...anywhere. I wanted to just shop local but with the prices these guys are offering, you cant beat em! I couldnt be happier with how fast my wedding invites were printed and shipped. I stumbled on Printkeg online while looking to print a project for a client who didnt have much money. I was skeptical because the price was so low. Turns out, I didnt need to be! Cant beat the price of PrintKeg on large prints. My school uses PrintKeg to print up posters of our sports teams. We order a lot of poster sized prints so pricing is an important concern as is quality. PrintKeg fills the bill. Quality is excellent. Customer service is great. Price cannot be matched.

I have been involved with digital printing for many years, and I have to say that PrintKeg is one of the best! Quality is second to none, as it should be. Usually quick turn times equals poor product but not in this case. I will certainly be using them again and again!!!!

I would never recommend using PrintKeg. Their print quality was low, and when I contacted them, their customer service was just horrible. Very difficult to work with! Move on, not worth the trouble.
