This place must have a bunch of fake reviews or something. They are awful and have terrible service to match that too. I went in to what I thought was going to be a decent meat market. It was dirty, as in flies all over, the staff didnt even greet me they just looked at me walk in. Also when your at a meat market I would expect someone to cut the meat for me fresh to my order and preference. I asked for a cut of rib eye the guy seemed all bothered and told me there all packaged over there and points. Thats not why I cam to a meat market, if i wanted it pre-packaged i would of went to the super market. Mind you that all of these pre-packaged meats were sitting there for 2 plus days-I checked the dates of when it was packed. They are just about the same price as the market too. I got 3 chicken breasts from them and they were disgusting. When i got home they both had a disgusting foul odor to them. It smelt rancid so I threw away 2 of the chicken breast. The third one I cooked seemed okay but once i cooked it the meat was just awful, it was like it was once frozen with freezer burn and defrosted. It was extremely tough and gross. I know how to cook great chicken too. This place is horrible and their service may even be worse. They do nothing to set themselves apart from the super market .2 miles up the road, which I will be going back to now after coming into this dump.

Love it here...they know what you need..all the special spices..etc..the meat is at least 2 dollars cheaper here...than the other markets...and I feel it is fresher. The owner Bill...is so accommodating....I just called for a whole chicken cut up and it is no problem. They also have Turkey once in a while..and if you ask for it...he will cut it up and give you just the breast...cost about 6 bucks for 2 breasts..cant beat it...with your own home made stuffing and some green beans and mashed potato.... Also, they cut and peel garlic....big help...lasts a long time in the tight sealed container.... They dont have my general staples...my favorite yogurt...but the savings on the meat...a good steak..or roast...is worth the trip!

The employees are friendly and the counter service is fast. Im always greeted with a smile. The meat selection is vast and affordable. The produce section is ample based on whats in season, local produce. They have shopping carriages for convenience. There dry good selection is limited and slightly pricey because of the size and type of store that it is. I love here Instead of at the box stores because I never spend more than what is comfortable for me and still manage to get everything I need to feed my family, and I am more likely to buy healthy options here, because the healthy options are more economical than their sweet and canned and boxed options.
