In the summer (and perhaps other times of the year) this place is staffed by high school students who often have to ask you to repeat your order, who give you your food to eat in even though the receipt says "to go," and who dont announce who the order is for or what the food is. Why ask for my name during the order process if you dont bother to announce it when my order is ready? I understand this may be a difficult bunch to train but management should be putting forth extra effort to properly train their staff in customer service. Had I not been at the Marriott and had to grab something quick and nearby, I would not have gone to this place. Unforunately, its only fast option in the immediate vicinity. Food is typical Panera fare, so no complaints there. But the service was so exquisitely bad that I give this site two stars and give a major frown to management for inadequate training.

Ordered tomato & pesto flatbread sandwich, thinking it was a meal. Got it, bit into it, and found out it was absolutely disgusting. The bread was a dry pita type thing, not very flatbread like. It dripped oily, oily pesto EVERYWHERE. And there was, honest to god, only 1 tomato slice on it. A sandwich with 1 tomato slice, oily pesto, and no cheese or greens. (Except perhaps a few pieces of arugula? Couldnt really tell). And this was worth 7-8 dollars??? Not to mention there was a piece of chicken glued into the bottom of the flatbread (they dont clean their workspace...?) and Im a vegetarian. Tried to return it but worker said that was how it was made?? But it was listed as a vegetarian dish?? Even without the chicken piece seared into it, the whole dish was disgusting. 1 small tomato slice in a tomato sandwich?? Are you joking??

We got there for coffee and some pastry, it was 630pm and there was a line to order two registers open, one employee was in training and they were in a hurry to close the place which was 8pm. So to make things worse u unfortunately we have to place a order with the trainee and repeat ourselves several times, we asked for slice bread toasted and I guess was the manager who reprimand the guy in front is us about checking if there was bread at the sandwich station. Even though there was bread at the racks and she told him to not touch those. Unbelievable, bad management. Panera needs to get itself together.

A very busy restaurant and only 1 cash register open. Lined up at first register and waited a long time till it was almost my turn, only 1 person ahead of me. A manager came by while cashier was busy making a drink and closed the register, withhout saying a word to the people waiting in line. The cashier had to apologize and ask if we can line up in the only remaining cash that was open. Whatvthe f#%&k!!! Very disorganized place and certainly does not care about customer service!!! Two thumbs down for this place.

Always out of food before dinner. They try to substitute ridiculous items like one slice of bread for a bread bowl they short change items because theyre out and dont want to make more, they dont tell you that youre getting way less than you paid for, and then they give you a really hard time when you ask for a refund. Terrible. Wont be going back to this location for their fraudulent behavior.

Give u a steak and cheese with onion when the menu posted says only steak and cheese.They give you a lobster roll not toasted but said later you could ask to have it toasted.Why r they not asking me that then.Lobster is not fresh but previously frozen then thawed.They forgot the pickle.They give you parts of the lobster from the stomach you have never seen before.my first and last time

Average Panera with no parking, or easy access in the summertime. Ive had much better faster service in other Paneras across the country but overall this ones not bad if you like their menu.

Awful sandwich... Frozen turkey slices, tiny amount of avocado and I hate pickles which was wrapped right against the entire thing so that it soaked into the bread.
