I normally cant be bothered to write these things but after shopping at this store several times, I had to share my experiences! As for most shops that have various departments that fall under one umbrella, i can only speak for the tropical fish department, and service in general, all-around. This store was one of my best experiences in the area hands down! The store in general is beautifully clean, well lighted, and has a layout thats easy to understand immediately upon entering of the facility. I was very impressed with the staffs friendly greetings and introductions. In this day and age of web competition, I cant believe how lax some retail establishments have become with their customer service skills.....not hear! Plus theres a real feeling of genuineness! not a script from a workers manual that so many "big" stores" use today with the threat of dismissal if the employees dont memorize it verbatim. Along with the smiles this stores staff are knowledgeable. The floral and fauna are all healthy and well maintained. Every time i go in here i check out an other department....they are always impressive. Im so glad i checked this place out on my own for my friends said that the store "a while ago, was horrible" I dragged them in and now theyre happy they have a good sound pet supplier for their bird and fish needs. If you go here. you also wont be sorry!

Very organized and clean pet store! The fish section rarely has dead fish in it (its an unavoidable part of the business, not their fault), it is very clean and the smell is minimal (again, unavoidable). The food, decorations, and water treatment layouts are astounding. Everything is very easy to find, and the dollar a gallon sale happens about every two months. The reptile section is also very clean and organized. The bearded dragons and snakes are always so lively! There is a very wide selection of crickets to choose from, as well as a large selection of non-live food. The dog and cat sections are by far the largest part of the store. There are so many different kinds of food, litter, chew toys, and treats to choose from! The selection of collars for dogs is very nice, and it makes it very easy to understand which collar you will need for your dog(s). They have a litter refill station for your cats, and while I do not own a cat, this is a very handy service. The cats they have for adoption are so cute, I wish I could adopt them all! Finally, the rodent section has a lot of variety, sadly no rabbits, but not a lot of pet stores have them so. Go in at night to see most of them active, as most of them are nocturnal.

Every time that I enter this store, I always notice how clean the floor and shelves are. The men and women that work at this store are usually very friendly and eager to help. I have had 2 wonderful experiences with grooming and 1 not so great. Not enough to complain about since the other 2 were so spectacular. Sign up for promotions and shop items that are on sale to save a lot.

They have the best selection of saltwater fish and supplies of all Petco stores and I have shopped about 10 of them. The store is clean and the staff is always very helpful. I also take my granddaughter with me just to look around. It is like going to a mini zoo.

my mom thougt this petco was okay. it had no pets but only pet grooming suipplies, pet food, wheels for hamsters and gift cards and petcos gift cards and vaccines.

Their reptile product selection isnt the greatest and the staff werent especially helpful or even friendly today. There are better Petcos around.
