I have been going to this Starbucks several times a week for a year and consider it my "home" Starbucks. I have received nothing but stellar service -- everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. Starbucks really is an important community gathering place. Even when Ive made a mistake and wasnt clear that I wanted something iced, my order was redone without question.

Waited 30 minutes for my drink while watching the 8 people in front of me get their drinks. The baristas were too busy talking to their friends so when I asked about where my drink was they were clearly annoyed with me. No apology for the wait, just a really frustrating way to start a day.

Drive through a plus. But inconsistent with other starbucks taste in drinks. Messy drinks handed to you with no napkin. Frappes are made ugly no care of appearance. Its nice though cant beat the fast wifi and large dining area which is usually clean.

Baristas are always smiling. Low wait time. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Ample seating. Comfortable chairs and booth seats. Baristas clearly have built a rapport with several of the customers.
