The ladies that work at this store are rude. The dresses may be beautiful, however, their quality of work is horrible. They get rude and nasty when you point out what needs to be fixed. Also, watch their quality control. They order wrong dresses and right on the receipt they do not guarantee delivery times of dresses so you can buy a Wedding Dress from them, however do not expect it in time for your actual Wedding. For the person who wrote about us being Bridezillas, far from it in my case. I placed my dress order 8-9 months prior to my wedding. I signed the receipt which also showed the date and they told me it was not a problem it was put in with plenty of time. This was not the last minute ordeal until my dress was not in and I had 2 weeks until my wedding and had to ask a friend to borrow theirs! Please do not assume things about me, I was just expressing my experience with the store. For

These people have a very poor lack of quality control. They cant even guarantee that a wedding dress for a beautiful bride will arrive on time. If you are REALLY dead set on this place, you better order your dress a whole YEAR ahead of time, because MAYBE you will have it by your wedding date. Davids Bridal can fit you a dress in a few weeks. None of this garbage from Victorian Bridal. Buyer beware, these are real scam artists at work. Pay hundreds or thousands for a dress that you wont get, and they will not even give you a dollar back for your time. Might as well throw your money in a garbage can!

I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about....My Mom and I went into Victorian Bridal last weekend and the staff was nothing but friendly, accommodating, and professional! I was from out-of-state and didnt even have an appointment and they were more than willing to help. I walked out thrilled with the dress I found there, and plan to purchase the mother-of-the bride and bridesmaids dresses there as well! Definitely try the place out for yourself before putting any faith in google reviews.

Very friendly and helpful. My mother and I walked in ten minutes to closing time and needed to find a dress for a wedding a month away. The staff was undaunted. The saleswoman stayed late to help me find what I needed and suggested styles that might work for me. The dress I ended up buying was one I had passed by, but tried on at the salewomans suggestion. Im thrilled with my dress and recommend this store to anyone who has wedding needs.

I went here on a Saturday (call ahead for seasonal hours) and all three ladies were so nice and helpful. I tried on about 10 dresses and narrowed down the style that I wanted. They showed me an additional catalog to browse and offered to order more samples for me. Prices seemed very reasonable. The shop is a bit tight, though. I would recommend bringing just one or two friends for input as there isnt room for an entire entourage!

I bought my prom gown and (more recently) my wedding gown here as well as my bridesmaids dresses. I love this place! The staff is so nice and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Prices are great and there is a large variety of dresses/styles. I would recommend looking here for any formal-wear needs.

BEST SERVICE & BEST PRICE!!!! The staff here is wonderful and they have such a large selection! I did not feel rushed like I did at the chain bridal stores. They were always willing to help and give advice! I purchased my dress here and got it altered. They did a great job on alterations!
