Horrible customer service... I had watched a employee be sarcastic with a senior citizen over a coupon. Then when it was my turn up in line that same employee had been sarcastic in her tone of voice over the amount of ice cream she served in cup that was too little especially compared to the advertisement up where all prices and menu were... So I asked to speak to a manager on duty and she said her name was Roberta Graurer and then sarcastically pointed to a sign on the wall behind the register that said the franchisers of that particular carvel was The Graurers... So i insisted why she felt the need to treat her customers with such disrespect and her response was am i going to pay for the product because if not she had a business to run and customers were in line after me... So me and my family decided not to purchase anything at all and left... I don't understand how you can run a company like that and expect to profit... Mind you, my family and I been loyal customers since like 2005... There was an hispanic kid they had awhile back named Felix he was so great... He would have my wifes sundae ready as we were walking in when she was pregnant with my three year old.. He would chat and was very respectful havent seen him in like 2 years... Roberta mabye you should take some lessons from that young gentleman and learn some respect you stuck up #"@&%...

We purchased a cake which contained ice inside the cake. We paid $45.00 for the cake. When we called to express our dissatisfaction, the owner, Roberta, treated us like we were criminals trying to steal from her. It is very unfortunate as we purchase numerous cakes (approx. 10) from their company through out the year. Going forward, I am certain to purchase from their competitors. Melissa

Great Selection of flavors. Try the Coquito ice cream during Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Yuletide, Christmass, and hopefully up until Three Kings Day. (Add your own rum to it though.) Kinda tucked away so you have to know Carvel is here, the sign helps, not much parking though.

Great place for kids and grownups. Very friendly staff, several unique products, immaculately clean. I think the fact that it is locally owned helps to make it that way. Also great specials, check for their coupons online.

I love this place. Reminds me of the Carvel my family used to go to on Staten Island. They have really good flavors, and the staff was amazing!
