Top of the line Café - the Barista team and management is spot on. Any time of day you can go in, order a cup o java (Pikes Place is my fav!) and enjoy the atmosphere Starbucks is known for. This location has an excellent range of seating, from cushy lounge chairs, to ambient, well lit (with natural sunshine) cafe tables. The unique location and position toward the sun makes one side sunny and bright, while the other side has a quieter, cozier lighting scheme, for those romantic couples who just want to sit and relax. Comfortable couches, with built in AC outlets are a laptop users dream. The free WiFi make this a great place for business meetings, sales pit stops, professional groupings, and social outings that provide seating, atmosphere, and easily accessible award-winning beverage preparation. I was just talking about the interior, but also, the drive-through has some of the busiest traffic in Quakertown, and the foot traffic can also enjoy the nearby shops. As a regular customer, I give it a 5-star, THUMBS UP, in my book!

I am regular customer, and a particularly picky one at that. The drive-thru duo that is here, right now on an early Monday morning are incomparable in customer service. They are always going above and beyond to give me excellent service. I get a very different drink, that can be difficult to make. There arent many Starbucks that get it just right, but this Starbucks does. I would drive past three Starbucks to come to this one. Because of; their super service, their awesome attitude, and their felicitous friendliness. Thanks for being so awesome!! From: the cold brew splash guy!!

There drive thru is absolutely terrible. NEVER fast, Im always waiting 5 or more minutes. Props to them on their drinks, always what I order...but without fail every time I come through drive thru no matter what day or time Im waiting... They need more staff, these poor people it looks like only 1 person is taking orders, doing the window and making their own drinks even during lunch or a morning rush! I dont get why there arent more people reviewing on their slow service, unless I just always get stuck in line when they have no staff..

One of the worst customer service experience at Starbucks I have ever had. After several times of hoping they would finally get my order correct (pike coffee with soy and french vanilla) not a hard drink....I give up. Every other Starbucks gets it right what is wrong with this place. When you tell them that last time you had to throw your drink away they just say sorry. No attempt to offer to correct it or offer you a replacement just a stare and a sorry.

The coffee is great like you expect from Starbucks, but the staff is annoying. The guys are very nice, but most of the girls are just obnoxious. So much to the point that they mess up the orders. I understand that they want to be quirky, but they completely over do it. They need to tone it down by a lot.

Love starbucks coffee and went out of my way to this store to get one. Stood in line while cashier BSd with customer ( friend) and 5 other staff stood around doing nothing. Waited a minute, then left and got a coffee at Wawa. Customer service sucks.

Had an important and large order, and I didnt know a grande from a venti. They made everything so painless. The whole crew was on point, and they even threw in a free coffee to balance out the cup holders as they helped me to my car. Amazing.
