Always had a good experience there until today. We came around 9:40 am and got two drinks. The guy at the window didnt say hello, just took the card. Gave it back without saying anything. Opened the window in a minute and gave us drinks without specifying what they are. My husband said "have a nice day" and the guy just blinked and closed the window. Honestly, I got a little offended, we tried to be very nice and he literally ignored us. I didnt see the name on his tag, but Ive never seen him before and I hope we will never see him again

I dont go to Starbucks in general that often, but this is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to on multiple occasions. The last two times Ive gone there my chai latte was either entirely the wrong thing (a cafe latte) or, this time, has a coffee bean in it, just floating there. The staff always seem overwhelmed or distracted and talking. So either hire more people, or train for better efficiency.

I want to wish the employees of this Starbucks a Happy Thanksgiving. I forgot my phone and Starbucks app in the drive thru and my breakfast / coffee was on the house. My order is consistently made perfectly and food always delicious with a fast moving drive thru. Staff is always friendly and upbeat! Thank you.

Its a great location. Baristas are amazingly fast and so very friendly. The only problem are the greek boys that smoke outside eventhough there is a nonsmokers sign everywhere. I spoke to them myself today. Hopefully they stop.

The best store ever! The attendants are pretty helpful and kind. I forgot my purse on the chair and realized 2 hours later, called the store, and they have it with everything inside. Thank you so much, guys.

Pre order and do the drive through. Youll never see it going westbound on Lancaster. Turn right after the Whole Foods light.
