My daughter is very high risk pregnancy...so she requires a special medicine injection weekly. Wed already lost our precious little Dylan...he was born prematurely and lived only 26hrs. These injections must be given on time. She received her first 5wks, then, even tho she & her MD office called repeatedly, starting a week ahead, her med has still not arrived. It was due yesterday. They still cant say when it will arrive? Last week Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy in Pittsburgh PA told her that her med was on the way? We only live 35min away? Im sorry if this comment is confusing, or not in orderly sequence, but I am near panic with concern over my daughter and unborn grandchild...This is completely unacceptable!

My father receives macular degeneration meds from this pharmacy. The medications have always been available on schedule. The staff have always been professional, readily available, and even served as patient advocates when a recent insurance issue arose.

Good luck ever getting your medication shipped to the right place on time. They take weeks to do anything and say they did it when they did not. I hate going through them. They are the most unreliable company Ive had to deal with.
