I like Robinson Mall, but my one star rating is for the horrible idea of the Santa "Fast Pass" line where you can pay extra money for a quicker wait to see Santa. So now parents have to explain to their children why other kids who werent in line ahead of them get to go first. No child should get preferential treatment to see Santa Claus based on how much money their parents want to (or are able to) pay. Its teaching a terrible lesson that its all about the money. Ill admit, I considered it at first, but $40 so my kids could do something that all innocent children should be able to do for free? Ill pass. Ill pass on the mall Santa next year too. Its not worth the 2+ hour wait with 5 people in front of you and its certainly not worth having to tell my 4 year old that other kids go first based on the money.

Convenient location and a short jot from the highway, this mall offers all the major stores, does the holiday photo ops for the kids and has a decent variety of stores. I actually like the fact that there isnt the food court in the center of the mall because it makes the area in front of Starbucks more tame and less congested. That being said, there isnt any food options on the side far from the food court except Antie Annes, so thats the trade off. Plenty of activities in the main center court year round: blood drive, craft vendors, gift wrapping. For being the major mall in the center they keep up and you dont see many stores closed for long.

Nothing the wait was horrible to see Santa All because of the fastpass.. They literally took every single one of them first they walk up they went straight to Santa Ive been here 3 1/2 hours. . They want to do the fastpass fine but do it a different way schedule a day just for fastpassers. This was just crazy and I dont think I will be back next year and its sad because my daughter has seen the same Santa for 8 years.... Poor move Robinson ....

Come here with my parents and I have to admit its way better then the South Hills Village Mall. So many stores that used to be at South Hills Village are now shown here. Wish I lived close. Id be here every day. Almost spent two hours one time but thats because its got so many stores I didnt want to leave. Wish more malls were like this one and I hope and pray that the stores that are currently here never get closed and replaced.

Nice mall, lots of choice. The mall management have regular gift card give always and will occasionally put on shows for the kids. Just check out the website regularly for what they have going on. The bathrooms are usually kept pretty clean as have baby change facilities in the mens bathrooms also. This mall is the home of the REAL Santa. He takes time to talk to the adults, not just a picture factory.

Its your typical mall however the food court needs updates upgrades and better employees the food is not of the best however it is something to fill your stomach if you are there thats not what people need people will walk right out and go across to the other restaurants. And I say people because I personally do that I will purchase my items and I will go have a sit down dinner elsewhere

In my opinion one of the better malls in this area. Recently added a store for plus size ladies after Lane Bryant moved out years ago. One of my favorite shops to visit is the Color-N-Kiln art shop where you can paint your own ceramics or glassware. Additionally, at least twice a week, they offer painting classes. Overall they usually have some activity going on here on a weekly basis.

All the stores are going out of business, aeropositle, hollister... pretty pointless to go there anymore.. especialy when their website indicates the stores are still there far after they are gone... not sure if they realize people rely on Google for information, if they dont keep their website up to date weeks after a store leaves thats more reason for me not to want to go there at all.

It sucks. I dont like the fact that I have to park in the back, while liberals and greenies get free electric and prime parking places I hope conservatives do not visit this place that appears to give preference to liberals and greenies. Ohh and did I mention DeBartolo was involved in this mall, as a developer, just google his name and suspected connections to the Mob!

This mall is not so big.. and interiors are regular and not gigantic.Anchor stores are Macys , JC Penny,Sears and Dicks Sporting. Others include VS,Pink,Amercian Eagle,Aerie, Express,White house Black market,Build a Bear, Forever 21, Aldo,Foot Locker. Its very crowded. Try Pittsburgh Popcorn Company and their pop corn is the fuel to go errands in the mall.

Love the recent updates like seating arrangement through out the mall. Small but good stores in the mall. Best place to take your kids in winter. Good sales in many stores on every occasion and year around. Small but clean and well maintained mall. Not too many options in food court though. Parking is never an issue. Overall nice mall for shopping.

Lots of stores and plently to look at. I am from a little town in NY and we only have a Kmart so we always have to drive 2 hours to the city like Rochester or buffalo. I am down here for work and I have 5 kids and found so really great deals on somethings for my kids even though I know its a mall and things are always expensive.

Nice, clean mall with a wide array of stores. Usually not terribly crowded even on weekends except for around the holidays. Mall feels very safe and Ive never seen gangs of hooligans like I at other malls Im the area. Plenty of choices in the food court and the restrooms are always clean as well

Dying mall. Many stores have moved out. Mostly stores with overpriced merchandise and their food court is boring. There is a really nice family restroom for parents with young kids and nursing mommas. Its a big mall but has a depressing atmosphere the past couple of years.

What an amazingly great lame mall. It has a wide variety of AMAZING stores that totally suck. There are tons of people in the ghost-town-like atmosphere. I love this horrible place in ways I cannot describe. It (sadly) makes me depressingly rapturous with overwhelming joy.

Great place to walk in the winter months, lots to see along your walk, except I also shop a bit, cant help it, thats what woman like to do. Something for everyone here, tons of food vendors. The entire mall smells like popcorn, so good. I recommend this mall.

Big mall... building is neat and looks fresh. Having chick-fil-a in the food court is the best.. American eagle, GAP store and forever 21 are huge.. jcpenny, sears and Macys are too big.. over all a nice mall... except parking area which is little deserted!!

Gorgeous two level, indoor shopping mall in western suburban Pittsburgh. Lots of chain and specialty retailers. Convenient to get to from the highway, and close to many other outlets, stores, strip malls, and restaurants in the Robinson/North Fayette area.
