This is a nice, relatively new liquor store (by city standards) but the one a few miles west on Germantown (NOT the Chestnut Hill one, the closer one) is much better and is up to "suburban" standards. Its a shame the Rite Aid in this shopping center, Freedom Square, had to close. I also miss the convenience of walking here to get liquor and across the street to the Acme to get groceries, but the Acme closed and was replaced by a Family Dollar, which serves the purpose Rite Aid did for this neighborhood...

Its an average Wine and Spirit Shop. I dont sell anything fancy. They dont sell anything particularly nice. The prices are good which is mostly the reason I go. If it werent so closest to my house I would never go here again Dont expect anything clean. The floors and shelves particularly arent filthy, but theyre not exactly clean either. And expect to be in line for a while. The girls at the register arent in any hurry to service you.
