Was the worst experience i have ever encountered at the Palmyra Pa store. Paged customer service atleast 8 times to no one even asking if we needed assistance, and also called the store itself and still have no results. Being it is Christmas Eve. My friend and I were just trying to find out if you had a tablet for a gift and be on our way. But atleast 3 workers walked by us not once acknowledge that we needed assistance. I usually love this walmart but after tonight I dont know if I will ever come back. Very very disappointed

Customer service is very lacking. Whenever I need to locate something that is said to be in store, I can never find it, or any employee working that section, instead someone who had no idea of were things are help me, and just meamder up and down the same ailes over already been up and down many time just for them to tell me this is not their section and they have no idea. THANKS FOR EATING MY TIME, YOU COULD HAVE DAIS THAT FROM THE BEGINNING! Most agrivating store I ever set foot into, hands down!

The store itself is nice but the staff are usually not helpful. Ordered online and did pickup in store, got email that the order was ready. When to the store, had to wait 20 minutes for service, the employee didnt know how to use the computer, kept entering our name in the wrong field. Finally got the order looked up by order number from the email and said it was not ready. Went to the shelf and picked up our item and checked out, much faster to do it myself. Think Ill stick with Amazon.

This place is a joke!!! Personally watched management talk down to an employee like he was better than them. The shelves in grocery are never stocked. I attempted to buy something from electronics and I was there for 25 mins because nobody could find the employee working in that department. Overall a looks like poor control of the store, starting at the very top. A chain this big, you would think would be a great place to go....but its not!!

Its a Wal-Mart, if youve been in one youve practically been in all of them. Although the cleanliness of this one is very good, and their products are nicely displayed. Update: They have not been taking care of their fish section. Slime covering most of the tanks with plenty of dead fish floating against the filters...if you arent going to maintain the tanks then at least put the fish out of their misery.

They dont always have what I need. Dont ever plan something out and go in expecting it to be there. It has days where its nice and neat and clean, then it has times when its utter chaos. I used to travel all the way from Lebanon to go to this one, but now Id rather travel to other Walmarts instead. Also as of August 1st, they stopped price matching.

With Walmarts in the area few and far between, we have to be thankful that we have a Walmart nearby, but this particular Walmart has trouble keeping up with demand. I frequently encounter limited selection or flat out empty shelves - especially in the fresh produce area. Probably just too small of a space for the demand.

Ive never left a Wal-Mart saying wow what nice employees before until shopping in the Palmyra, PA Wal-Mart! The manger must treat his employees good because not a single one was unhappy or impolite. Nothing but smiles, asking how your day is and asking if you need help. Our cashier was super sweet and just a doll.

This Walmart is terrible. I travel a lot so I see a bunch of different Walmarts all over the country and this one was so careless. Most people dont look at or care for the fish section, but the tanks were filled with algae and so many fish were dead. If theyre uncaring in this area, where else are they uncaring.

Sarah in electronics was great! Helped figure out the problems with my new straight talk phone. Exchanged it for a new one and moved over my #/mins/data to the new phone with ease. All while handling other job duties and still kept a good attitude. If only all walmart employees could do the same.

I had a appointment at the vision center. They were the most helpful staff Ive dealt with in 17 years of having eye exams. Also extremely friendly and with the price, youd be crazy to go anywhere else. I drove about 15 miles, past 2 other walmarts to go to this one and it was worth it.

It is pretty convenient to be able to get a haircut while my oil is changed and get my eye exams. Not all Walmarts have an automotive department. I have yet to find better prices on tires. They are not full fledged mechanics but for the basics they are very convenient.

Its a Walmart. Dont. Expect Much. I think the best example is when I had to squeeze my cart between 2 employees; 1 stocking a shelf & another texting on his phone & neither of them so much as acknowledged me much less make room for me or excuse themselves.

Mass marketing and customers are treated more like cows. Good luck getting customer support in the electronics or sporting goods departments. Checking out requires patients and you my wait up to 20 minutes to pay for your selections

This is an extremely clean and well-run Walmart. Great prices every day on the things you need. I went in for garden supplies and fish for my pond. The fish tanks were all empty. This is the only reason for my less-than-perfect rating.

Always shop at Walmart but wish this store would have better buyers in the housewares, grocery, and plus size. There were a LOT of new things in the. South Ridge store in South Charleston, West Virginia than I have ever seen here.

As with most Walmarts, its always busy when I happen to stop in and only 3-4 check out lines open. However, out of all Walmarts I have been to this is my go to. Its out of the way but Id much rather go to this one over the others.

They never have baskets so you either have to carry everything in your hands or use a cart which is annoying for small trips. The self check out registers never seem to work properly and there are always long lines.

Staff is typically friendly and there is just about anything you can think of at Wal-Mart however, sometimes displays and messy, aisles are changed, or there is not enough staff for the multitude of customers.

The auto center atempted to balance my wheels on my truck. It was a botched atempt and I had to ask for my money back. I needed to get the balance job done on my day off from work but waisted my time there.

Not a good experience this time. I found everything okay but the lady at the Register messed it up. She took forever and doubled some articles. After that she had to Start again with the whole process.

I seldom find myself at a Wal-Mart but if I must this is the store I prefer to go to. The store located in Lebanon is on the dirty side and seems pretty rundown. Shop the Palmyra Wal-Mart if you can.
