My girlfriend went to this location yesterday to get coolant for her car. The guy at the front who she talked to was extremely rude and told her she would have to go to a dealership to get the coolant she needed (wrong, Lebanon location told her they had no idea what he was talking about and helped her out fine.) The entire time he was talking to her, he pretty much was shouting across the store and making fun of her infront of all the customers there. Also to top it off, when they left he told her she should just take it to a mechanic like "all other women do". Unfortunately she didnt get his name but we wont be going there again, which is unfortunate, due to how close it is to where we live.
