DO NOT USE LONG STEMS!!!! Used them for my wedding because they came recommended by my venue and they seemed like they know what theyre doing, and after price comparing them with other florists, I thought I was getting a good deal, but instead I got a total disaster. Despite telling him what flowers and colors I wanted, and pointing out to him in his own photo albums what I wanted my centerpieces to look like, on the day of the wedding, they used whatever flowers they wanted and the centerpiece design they wanted. They used a lot of filler so that the centerpieces looked cheap. My bouquet was the wrong color. They did not provide boutonnieres for the fathers of the bride and groom. They used flowers I specifically said not to use because my husband is allergic to them. I called Keith from the bridal suite (with less than 2 hours to show time) and he told me that he did know what flowers and colors I wanted, but he didnt think I meant *in the centerpieces* (where else would I want them?) and he only gave me six of each flower that I wanted in each centerpiece -- the rest they used whatever they wanted. Keith also assigned himself a budget (I never gave him a budget), and then told me I couldnt have what I wanted within the budget that he hallucinated. Dont you think if you dont think you can provide what the bride wants, you should tell her BEFORE the wedding? The worst part was, Keith was defensive and unapologetic about how everything looked. He never apologized or admitted that at the very least he misunderstood what I wanted him to do. My flowers looked cheap, they looked nothing like what I wanted, and LongStems could have cared less. Dont use them.

Keith & the Long Stems team made my wedding dreams come true! I had a mix of florals and candles for centerpieces, a chuppah, and several bouquets for my wedding at Radnor Valley Country Club this past May 2017. Everything was perfect and our order was fulfilled with more elegance and beauty than I could have ever imagined. I was very specific with the look and feel I wanted for my floral decor, and Long Stems exceeded my expectations. Set up the day of was on time! Furthermore, their prices were extremely competitive and I got a fabulous deal for everything we ordered. Brides--please consider using this florist as you will get the best treatment and the most beautiful wedding!

We used Long Stems for our wedding flowers. We picked them because of their knowledge and ability to accommodate our vision within our budget. The centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres were all stunning. We were able to meet a few days before our wedding to look at some mock-ups and make any changes that we wanted. Everyone was so friendly and the flowers were delivered on time. They looked exactly as we had discussed and enhanced our ceremony and reception space. Everyone was so impressed with the colors and flower selection and how "full" everything looked. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I called them at noon to place a delivery order for a same day delivery into the city. I was told no... the truck already left... Why have a delivery option? I have heard both good and bad things about this establishment. I am now leaning towards the bad reviews. I wouldnt use them just based on their customer service skills. I also found the person who answered the phone to be the typical main liner with their rudeness... Would not recommend Long stems...

Amazing! Everything was fabulous! The Chuppah, candle arrangements down the aisle, centerpieces, bouquets and table card flowers were all spectacular! Every person at the wedding commented on how beautiful the set up was for the ceremony and how gorgeous the centerpieces were. Keith and his team were incredible to work with and translated our vision into a beautiful reality. I would highly recommend them for any wedding or event. Truly perfect!
