REVISED: Bought a galaxy 7 edge (not cheap)...got terrible reception at my home (where I always got good at&t reception on at least 10 other phones/devices)...checked online and found it to be a problem with the edge....bought a weboost cell booster ($400)...but first I need to know decibel level....went to store...they dont know how either...? Asked if they would give me an att cell booster....nope...not even a discount. Salesperson was brusqe...manager Becky wasnt much better... call Samsung...call At&t....then why have a store? - that was my initial reaction. I went back to buy the att cell booster - was assisted by Shawn the manager...(always an angel) and she told me to call customer service and that they would probably do something to help me. Took the att cell booster home and it is AWESOME!!! Thank you AT&T!

Manager Michael was extremely helpful when I came in to get assistance in moving an account to a newer phone. Even when he discovered that the old phone had over 1300 pictures on it that I wanted transferred, he patiently answered other questions for me while we waited for the upload to complete. With a few new faces in the Lehighton store, it was nice to observe that he was just as patient with his newer reps. ATT loyal for a reason....excellent service as usual :)
