Can I give the pharmacy a negative star! They are very disrespectful and rude! I transferred all our prescriptions to Rite Aid! They mixed up my husbands refill, giving mr blood pressure when I specifically asked for his cholesterol meds. VERY BAD! I can no longer tolerate being treated as if I was a pain in the butt! They NEVER refill on TIME-I need to always ask for them to check with the doctor as they never do it on their own! If someone takes 1 pill/day and gets a 90 day refill-then they need their pharmacy to call for the refill. They have all the information to do this-BUT NEVER HAVE THEIR ACT TOGETHER! Consequently-the meds are never refilled on time! They also lie about calling to tell you they cannot refill, because the pharmaceutical company has changed the formulation and NOW you need a totally new prescription. I have an online log of all my calls into my home and THEY DID NOT CALL the phone number on file...so husband was without his meds for alzheimers for 2 DAYS while I had to call the doctor myself to get prescription changed! NO MORE-I am sure Rite Aid cannot be WORSE than mixing up meds!

Limited selection of products compared to other Giant Eagle stores. There is never anyone at the seafood counter to help you. These are the 2 reasons that I prefer the Greensburg and Irwin locations. However, it is always clean and shelves are always stocked. They have a convenient location which is usually why I find myself there.

Very clean and friendly staff. The butcher is always willing to help when I need custom cut meats. Lisa is one that you can always find in the isles if you need help locating an item. No produce department is perfect when it comes to buying bagged items but the service counter always makes things right with replacement items.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this giant eagle store, as well as several other giant eagle locations. Unfriendly, to the point that I was uncomfortable. Is it so difficult to smile and be polite?

I was able to find everything I needed, but a cupcake pan. They still get 5 stars because I was rung up by the most delightful woman named Carol. She was so friendly that I plan to shop here everytime Im in the area.
