I was just in the CVS on 298 W Street Rd.,Feasterville, PA 19053 for the last time. The manager "Shawn" and the cashiers at the register need a lesson in manners. I witnessed rudeness and a general lack of courtesy extended to each customer in line ahead of me. A woman in her seventies after paying for her items not only did not receive a thank you but not even a smile. This happened twice more with two other customers and then with me. Since we as customers are treated with contempt and our patronage is not appreciated I, for one, will take my business elsewhere.

Very rude bad service specialy Michele. Lady in front of me were witing for about 3 minutes to get help. She ring the bell 4 times then Michele came and screamed at her that she heard the bell and answered first time from the back of the store. Then she took me for my return without reciept because i lost it she was also saying to me in rude voice. What a customer service. Never will go here again. Ill choose to go to Walgreens instead

I would leave zero stars if I could. They are impossible to get to during rush hour and the hours are unclearly marked for the pharmacy. The clerk at the pharmacy was squirrelly and dispite arriving at their closing I couldnt pick up my meds because they would have to run my insurance. This is why I drive all the way to Warmister for that CVS.

It is refreshing to have associates call you by name. MICHELLE never forgets to address me by name and goes above and beyond to assist . Sometimes this means she stops putting shipment away and gives me her full attention.
