Despite having work done here before, I would never recommend or use them again. My daughter scheduled an appointment on a Saturday for the next day (Sunday) and gave them a $60 deposit. Sunday morning they called to cancel, as the artists wife had a baby - which is completely understandable. They said hed call back to reschedule. After not hearing back we called the following week and were told the artist would be calling back to reschedule in the next day or two. He didnt call back within that timeframe and my daughter was now getting quite anxious to get her tattoo. Disappointed by the lack of customer service, my wife showed up at Evolution and explained her frustration asking for a return of the deposit. After a good deal of back-and-forth, the owner reluctantly handed her the deposit and told her to go F@&$ herself. I am VERY disappointed by their actions and suggest people go to Inkwell or any other establishment.

The guy was nice my piercing came out a little crooked I wished he would have used a clamp. But when youre getting something done for the first time you dont know any better thats what happens. When I spoke with friends they said they didnt understand why he didnt use a clamp.

Highly reccomended for piercings. Staff is friendly and professional. Mike did my piercings. He answered all my questions and helped me pick out the jewelry that was best for me. He also gave detailed instructions on after-care. Great service for a really great price.

Would never recommend this place. The guy who did my piercing was rude, and the place was dirty. No instructions on piercing care. I was told to look it up on web site.
