Our experience here used to be better, but on our las three visits thru the drive thru has been very unpleasant! Starting with the staff, they dont seem to get along and they are rude! You get to the window! And no how are you! No nothing! Then they ask you what you need with a very unhappy face! They say is 20 dollars! You pay! I Said thank you with no response! So we will take our businesses some where else! Like CVS! Thank you Cass for your unremarkable service!

Had a terrible experience with my mothers last heart med refill. Refill was mistakenly denied by a new physician with the instruction the patient must call office. Not communicated by the pharmacy after they received the denial. When asking why they didt call to advise the answer was I dunno. This medication keeps her heart beating. Wonder why they didt think calling was important.

Very Rude! I submitted a refill request and when my wife went to pick it up they said they couldnt fill it. She waited there for 40 minutes. They should have called me to tell me this in the first place instead of wasting our time. Now its a Saturday, doctors offices are closed and Im without a cholesterol drug that I have to take every day for my health
