Ive never been happy with this store I am disappointed every time I pass through the doors, the employees lack automotive knowledge and refuse to go the extra step to find you the parts you need. The store has two things going for it, some of the parts are out front so you can find them yourself (reducing the time you deal with the employees) and the location (the only auto store in Dover).

Some of the staff is knowledgeable, some dont belong working there. You have to pay attention to what they are selling you as you will take home the wrong part sometimes. Dont buy critical electronic parts like sensors or batteries here as the quality isnt real good but the prices can be as expensive as the dealer. It is a good place to buy oil on sale. Clean store

very friendly and helpful. just took a bit to get a customer rep to the counter as there were 3 or so of them involved in, what I can only imagine to be, a deep conversation while allowing only 1 rep at the counter who was swamped.

I had a battery replaced in my trailblazer today. I had great ,fast service at a fair price. Tristan the young man who installed my battery was very nice and did a thorough job and made sure everything was in proper working order.

They do not stand behind their products. Had a battery that went bed from them, they refused to pro rate it without a receipt. But nobody else sells their brand battery. Going to Pep boys instead. 100% better at Pep Boys

Called in to confirm they had what i was looking for they said yes, they did not. Terrible service not knowledgeable left me to find something in the back for over 45 minutes returned with nothing but excuses
