Never ever ever ever use the drive thru here. It is the worst ever. After you order, you are stuck in a queue that you literally cannot escape from. And they have zero system in place to prevent people with huge orders from holding up everyone else. So if 5 cars in front of you, someone has a if order and meanwhile you just ordered a coffee, guess what -- youre waiting 45 minutes to get that coffee... And in that 45 minutes, if you decide nevermind, I need to get out of here, guess what -- you literally cannot. You are stuck in a cattle shoot of cars that you cannot escape from. This system is awful. And dangerous, too! Imagine if there was a fire or something....

Our family had to make an emergency stop at your store around noon, today, July 3rd. Our daughter had gotten car sick on our way to Philadelphia and we stopped to grab a few things. I mentioned to the cashier our predicament and asked if there was any way I could have a bucket of water. She and a few of the girls behind the sandwich counter were so kind. They gave us a bucket of water, offered towels, extra bags etc. Management should be proud of their staff here!! Went above and beyond for their customers!!
