I visited Portland a month ago from Bend, Oregon and stopped by at the Russian Store “Imperial”. Unforgettable experience…… They treat you not as just a customer, but a friend. Beautiful feeling!!! The quality of products is outstanding and in addition the assortment is very good! I plan to be back in Portland in August and only place where I am going to stop other than my business will be a Russian Store “Imperial”. I love tasty food………….And good treatment………..

Store and food are good , but costumer service is very bad, lady with a short red hair and blue eyes and glasses are very rude and she dont want to do her job she always made angry face and she talks very rude when I ask her to give me something. I dont wont to buy anymore food from her, she is very mean unhappy women. I think you guys should find some professional happy person, other personal are very nice.

Beautiful baked goods, nice little deli counter, and a bigger selection of canned meat and fish than I think Ive ever seen before. Lots of stuff that I havent seen since the Powell Food 4 Less closed.
