When keepsake opened within the first couple year they were great and I will admit I did get a tattoo from Andrea who is no longer working there. Back then the customer services was great everyone was so friendly. Then all the sudden the customer service sucked. I was treated poorly on walk in and see what art is they had and looking at their work. I was treated like I was an inconvincing them. They all looked at me with an expression that I dont belong in there. The feeling of being uncomfortable in a place when I am the customer is not a very good feeling. I even tried numerous times thinking maybe someone had an off day. Even there phone manners were horrible. My last tattoo I went to nine lives in seaside. I just noticed other the guys who use to be at keepsake just opened up his shop at 221 12th ave I might have to check them out. Maybe he got sick of the rudeness too

I have now had 3 tattoos done by Keepsake Tattoo, getting my 4th one from them tomorrow evening. They have a great atmosphere, they are clean, they can do any design you would like. I have asked them to create something from just an idea. They like to hear what meaning the tattoo has behind it so they can help make it more personal for you. I have about 5 or 6 friends that have gone to them also. All their tattoos look great. Keepsake has very reasonable prices and their artists also do great coverups that you wouldnt even know it was a cover up without seeing the before and after. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. I will also continue to get my art done by them and them only. Great job Keepsake Tattoo!!

Keepsake is the best tattoo shop Ive ever been to. The tattoo artists are great talents and super friendly, they are really good with working with ideas and presenting different styles and options.. They Are AWESOME! love them love them. I have got a buttload of tattoos from them. I love them, the tattoos and the studio! :D

Aaron Toledo is an incredibly gifted artist. He captured exactly what I wanted in my custom tattoo and I could not be any happier! I do not recommend this place if you have a good idea or image of what you want done. They gave me attitude when I aked for something specific and was told that I could go somewhere else. They do not listen, give attitude and I will not go there again.

Ive gotten most of my piercings here, and have only gotten the best service. The piercer (Caroline) is always so kind and helpful. I would not trust anyone but her to get pierced by. Everyone is very kind, and I would highly recommend Keepsake.

Setup an appointment, told my friend to show up at 2PM, we drive two hours to get there, come to find out no appointment was made, no help due to our inconvenience and their lack of responsibility, so very poor service...
