There was an incident with one of their shirts that was the screen printers fault. When I washed the shirt it got ink over an entire load of clothes and ruined then all. I contacted the manager and she felt horrible and began resolving the issue. Not inky did they refund my money but they mailed me a new shirt for free and include a 50$ gift card, paid for my ruined clothes, and there in some new shoes for my son after they heard we had just had a baby. I cant believe how far they went in customer service. You just dont see that care at a big store. This is why you should shop local!

Awesome store with a wonderful staff. You cant walk more than 5 feet into the store without seeing something that you didnt know you needed to have. That, and theyre the only store in Tulsa that carries Bawls Guarana energy drinks, which is, you know, awesome. You cant go to Brookside without visiting Ida Red.

Neat place with lots of OK pride! Only gave 4 stars because its on the pricey side & sometimes you wonder why they carry certain things, but for the most part great stuff worth the cost.
