I stumbled onto Fine Books when it opened, and I have been going back on a steady basis ever since. There is a plethora of incredible books that I not only enjoy buying for myself, but also enjoy buying as gifts for others. As I prefer reading a newspaper to e-news, I also enjoy the feeling of a fine book in my hands; it makes the experience that much better. I couldnt imagine reading Gone With The Wind or For Whom The Bell Tolls on an electronic device. The whole package of a leather bound edition with gilded pages, fabric endsheets and satin ribbon page marker, just seals the deal for me. For the same reason I prefer listening to my first pressing copy of Meet The Beatles on the turntable, I also prefer a well-made book to read. As a bonus, imagine the worth of that mint condition album or an heirloom quality book vs. the mp3 or the e-reader. The place in Tulsa to procure these books is Fine Books in the Promenade Mall. Joey and his staff know their products and once they get to know you and your interests, they can make excellent recommendations for your purchases. Besides the leather Bound books, there is a large selection of first editions, signed books, Sci-Fi and paperbacks. There is certainly something for everyone at this store, and he has quite an online business as well. I need go nowhere else for my books; Fine Books covers all my bases.

Some books are not found as ebooks. Sometimes a real book with real pages, with real words in real ink are the only thing to fill your desire. Fine Books does just that. They have old out-of-print books, first editions (signed and unsigned), and just plain good ol cheap paper back (plus the hardback types, too). Thats not all they have. They have a real person to help you search their database, or if need be, their back room too! They even help look for the items on their shelves for you. When you want or need a REAL book from a REAL person, go to Fine Books in Tulsa Promenade Mall. Lower Level close to Macys.

Every time my daughter and I walk in the door we are greeted and asked if we can be helped. If we are looking for a specific book they know if they have it or dont. If we tell them we are just browsing they let us look around without hounding us. This store is why I go to the Promenade Mall.

Great selection and great customer service. Frankly I do not know how you manage a used book store in a mall ! The rent for the floorspace, I wish I could afford to visit your store more often.

Wonderful selection of treasured books. Service is excellent. Finding and reading a good book brings back many childhood memories allowing me to loose myself in a great novel.
