Auto center. I am giving my review 3 stars based on the fact that the Asian man was more concerned with upselling than he was with Vacumming my SUV. I have 3 kids, My husband works long hours and I am too pregnant to vacuum my SUV in the +90° weather. So, Naturally, When I found out they would vacuum my SUV I was ecstatic. (My car was a mess and it truly bothers me but I have been in no position to be jamming my body between seats to clean it.) Upon leaving, I realized my SUV had not been vacuumed AND yet it was checked off as Completed on my Service Ticket. What the heck? (I didnt expect them to organize my kids toys, just pick em up and vacuum underneath them.) Unfortunately, My kids were already grumpy and tired of waiting so that ruined my shot at going back in to request it be done as stated. The hispanic man was very friendly and kind so I feel bad leaving a bad review but I am really disappointed

This Walmart location just opened recently. In the words of the infamous Donald Trump: its uuuuuuge!!! I heard a rumor that its the largest Walmart in Oklahoma, and its hard to doubt that fact. Eyeballing it, Id say its close to a quarter of a mile long. Its not just the size of this Walmart thats impressive. It also has a beautiful storefront. It has the newer Walmart facade of variegated stone bricks, and lots of glass panes around the entrances. Each end of this behemoth sports either a tire shop, a garden center, or a pharmacy drive through. The interior of the store is very wide-open, and they have a great selection of items in every department Ive shopped in so far. Also, every employee Ive encountered has been wonderfully friendly. Thats always a plus, no matter where you go! :)

Unfortunately, another corporation taking up valuable land, selling their overseas wares to people who dont really need it but think they do because of some sales sign only to realize that the sales person on the ther end of the only two registers youve waited in line for for 15 minutes, doesnt give a damn about this your day. Walmart hospitality! Store is clean for now because it is new. Give it a couple of years. Employees are like most at all other Walmarts...underpaid and angry. If you are looking for a changed Walmart because it is new, look somewhere else.

I love everything about my Wal-Mart, I find everything I need to make my life easier and better every time I visit my store, everyone is friendly helpful with what ever I need most of the time I Dont even have to ask!! My pick up order was and is always a great experience, the people that has waited on me are more then willing to get my order and even carry it out to my car for which I truly do appreciate, always the best prices, THANK YOU WAL-MART I shop no where else.

On multiple occasions I have been followed by managers who think I dont notice. Associates peek around the aisles at me; this place is way too high strung--not to mention understaffed. I visited on a Wednesday at 10PM and cashiers were being forced to stay late because there arent enough associates. Despite the fact that walmart budgets in loss, something needs to be revamped with this location.

Very clean and new Walmart, staff is friendly and helpful, they have some different stock than other stores for certain things and is a full super center. So you can get youre oil changed and shop around until its done. Didnt notice if any other businesses were available or than the money center and guest services. Great selection of bikes and biking equipment.

Its the closest one to me for one thing. The people, all the people their are courteous, polite and can give you any information on the store products and if the one your talking to doesnt know they will tell you who does. Great place to shop. More variety than any other stores. Of course Im talking about Walmart stores everywhere when I said that.

Pretty convenient its easy to check out with the self checkout scanners. Theres a lot of variety of groceries you can choose it both inexpensive or for high-quality at higher prices. Its nice to wander around and look at things that you might want to buy some day and compare prices. People are always pretty friendly I like going there.

I spilled some fruit and the gentleman that worked there went out of his way to help me! Plus one manager, I presume, gave me some advice on which ham to buy, plus I was new here and he welcomed me! At the service center I was helped by a girl named Megan and she was very helpful and nice! So I give 5 stars for customer service!

Its Wal-Mart. But I will say on a recent visit I was over charged on grapes. They had been rang up twice. The weird part was the weights were different each time. And then when the customer service person went to refund me the weight was different again. So maybe the scales should be calibrated. I did not eat any.

Ive been going to this particular Walmart for years now, like most they font keep enough cashiers at the front. There are some really great people working there, but I dont care for the way they treat their employees. I wont go back to this particular location.

Didnt know this Walmart was there but Im really glad we found it. It isnt set up in the classic boring supercenter fashion. It felt way bigger than the other Norman Wal-Marts. The selection of products was way better than the other local Wal-Marts we frequent.

Somebody should tell the yellow headed female staff that worked at the self checkout tonight to go and learn how to talk to people. It baffles me how they let such an impertinent person work in an area that requires some level of customer interaction skills

This Wal-Mart is huge. But half of the time there out of 1 thing or another. I thought it might of been since they were new and that they needed time to get everything down but nothing has changed. Ill change my review to 5 stars once I notice a difference

Norman now has 3 Wal-Mart stores within at least 5 miles of each other on the east side of town. All the way on the west side theres another Wal-Mart and a Sams Club, why isnt one of the Wal-Marts on the east side of town made into a Sams Club ?

I just love this store. Its clean, well organized and not nearly as busy as most of the other Walmart. The staff is friendly and helpful. It doesnt carry a few things but the benefits of the rest out weighs what they dont carry.

They are helpful! Almost every time I come in theres only 2 registers open... come on walmart! The other day I came in and left a carton of eggs. I called and showed my receipt and they gave me a carton of eggs.

Auto care is great. Extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciate their honesty and offering me the best deal they had. Was told by 4 different gentlemen to have a good day when I was picking up my vehicle!

Love this new Walmart! It is clean, parking is great and the staff is amazing! I lost my phone and they went above and beyond by searching the carts and calling it even after I gave up and left!
