Husband and I were traveling to Alabama and had mechanical problems. The staff at this location went above and beyond to help us get back on our way! David the store manager was amazing and I cant say how much we appreciated his stellar customer service! Advance has always been our number one choice for parts and this location provided us with top notch customer service! Thanks for being so wonderful! We were far from home and our car was studdering during acceleration and the check engine light came on. We stopped by the Wilmington Ohio advanced auto parts and David helped us. It was 88 degrees outside and took us 2 hours to fix the issue. David was amazing, checking up on us when he could and offering water because of the heat. Davids kindness was very reassuring at a time of frustration. THANK YOU!!
