This morning I was out running our errands, which included a stop at the Strongsville Ohio (Royalton Rd) location. My plan was to purchase a new pair of loafers. I found a pair that I liked, it was on sale for $26.99 from $54.99. There was only one box missing from this row of shoes. When the cashier rang my purchase up, the price was $44.99. Puzzled I asked if I could go look at the display again, thinking I may have made a mistake. The cashier came along with me. When we got back to the display we both clearly saw the $26.99 sale slider on these shoes. There was another employee working within a few feet of us. The cashier who was assisting me explained to the other employee what happened and then asked "Should we honor the $26.99" (which I clearly thought they would). The other employee came up and scanned the box of shoes that was in the display and said Im sorry, these shoes are $44.99" I pointed to the sale price and asked why it was here. She literally took the sale slider off of the display and said. Sorry, they are $44.99, I can take 5% off of your purchase if you would like". I said I would like them for $26.99 as they are listed. She then said "you have to understand, they only allow me to take off 5%". At that time I declined to purchase anything and left the store. I sent an email to their corporate offices when I got home explaining my experience. The next day (today) I received an email back from Joslyn telling me that the sales sign could very well have been moved and that I would receive a separate email with a 20% coupon. Unacceptable!!! I will not shop at their store again.

When we arrived one Sales lady was helping another customer. The other staff directed us to the aisles where we can look for our shoes. The shoes we liked had only 1 shoe, other shoe was missing. When I asked them for help, they said that everything is on the floor. We asked 2 girls. both had the same response. It sounds like they do not want to help. Not a very helpful staff. I am ready to order and pickup shoes later when they arrive.

Very rude employees. Clearly annoyed with customers in the store close to closing. Store hours said they were open until 6pm on Sunday. Left store at 5:50pm and an employee followed us to the exit and locked the door behind me. It was very clear they couldnt wait to get out of there. Very unprofessional. Will go elsewhere from now on.

Good selection of common quality brands (Nike, Puma, Adidas, Asics) at a good price. The staff at the time were very patient as we went through trying lots of shoes.
