Tilly at the bakery has a terrible attitude! Because of this womans just flat out laziness and not knowing anything about her job I had to call my 62 year old grandmother and ruin the surprise we had put together for her to ask exactly what she wanted ( even though I had already explained to Tilly exactly what I wanted she just choose to do what she wanted instead of what I was asking for.) I call back to fix the order and get treated worse than the first call. This woman is obviously not trained in her job at all but had the nerve to get snippy with me because she had to ask numerous questions. Im sorry but yes I do need to know what flavor Im going to get and I definitely do need to know the price of what Im getting. Then I call to complain to the manager about how I was treated2 days in a row, and I never complain, but he is rushing me off the phone as well! In the end all he even has to say is "Well I will definitely talk to her about it and Im sorry." Like it was just a little incident. Im sorry but she had to ask someone else about every question that i had so she is obviously not trained well enough to be taking the bakery orders, and then she was beyond rude and just down right disrespectful not one time but2 days in a row! That is flat out an attitude problem and not just like oh well, she was having a bad day, shes normally great! No she is obviously not good with customers, therefore she should be put somewhere else where she doesnt have to answer phones and speak to customers all day! We were trying to surprise my 62 year oldgrandmother, who is not well and may not see63, with a cake and a little party on what may very well be her last thanksgiving! Now I had to take away the surprise just because this woman is not equipped to do the job she is getting paid for! And even the manager acts like its not that big a deal but Im sorry I very strongly disagree! This whole situation has me pretty furious! I wasnt even offered anything at all, not even a free candle to put on what may be my grandmothers last birthday cake ever! It felt as if this disrespectful and degrading behavior is just acceptable here at Streetsboro Giant Eagle. And this is not the first time I have gotten a bad attitude from an employee here either but it was most definitely the worst time. I will not be using them anymore after this.

I encountered rude customer service when checking out at the salad bar today. The lady working, started snickering at the fact that I had placed the salad dressing in a soup container. She said there was no way for her to "charge" me for the dressing because they were in the soup container. I told her I had no issue paying for the dressing but she continued to argue with me about it. I have been to this location multiple times and never had an issue using the soup containers to store the dressing. I also explained to her that there were no other containers available and placing the dressing directly on the salad would make it soggy and not last as long. I spent $22.00 on the salad. The least giant eagle could do is provide some actual salad dressing containers that they can use to weigh for the salad dressing!

Scandalous prices and constant reorganization mess. I have had it with this store. I have lived down the street for 8 years and have shopped here primarily for convenience. The produce is meh. They seem to never stop with the remodel which is supposedly for customers convenience. Instead you are constantly having to pick through the mess with a GPS to find your product and then all you find is an empty shelf with a sign "Shelves being restocked sorry for the inconvenience." Heres an idea Giant Eagle, do this stuff at night. I am so tired of this. Last year they did it with the booze and that was a mess for weeks. Im done.

This was a pretty run down Giant Eagle when I last stopped in. The traffic pattern in the parking lot was also incredibly confusing, which is a strange thing to say but its annoying all the same. A good freshening up would do wonders here.

Stopped here to get eclipse survival supplies and they had everything we needed. Prices were reasonable and the selections were sufficient. Cashiers were all friendly.
