The new store is really nice but honestly, when I walked in I felt uncomfortable. The employees were rude and no said hello or even smiled. Im not sure if they hate working there or not but anytime I would look at something and they wanted to pass by they looked annoyed that I was in theyre way possibly going to purchase an item. They definitely need more happy people working for them at that location.

My absolute favorite store in all of Ohio. Went to Sephora today to purchase a few cosmetic items. As I was in line, I knew a couple of the items I held in my hand, I had seen at T.J. Maxx. So I put 2 items back I would have purchased for $30. Found them 30 minutes later at T.J. Maxx for $9.50. Found a few extra things I couldnt live without, too.

Manger was rude to my wife with a Christmas present return. She had the reciept would not her give cash back. There return policy states that with a receipt you can get cash back. Emailed tjmaxx no response 5days now.. buyer beware.

Great store. Lots of nice things but coming at 8pm and only having one cashier with a line ahead of me of 10 people is not gonna work.
