Terrible. I am sitting here now. My first glass was dirty. I had a transparent glass and a piece of something white was stuck to it. The waitress did not see that for some reason. I ordered the sunnyside up eggs, twice because they were not cooked. I ordered the large chocolate milk which came with a frosted mug. That mug was dirty with a yellow speck on the bottom of it. The manager asked if I had had lemon aid, I said no. Thinking about that, I think the person before me had lemon aid. The last four years this location has been getting worse. Managers have changed and stooped caring along with the wait staff.

I stopped at the Springfield Ohio on Saturday of memorial weekend. As usally the food was great. But my waitress Shauna G. Was far an above the best of all I have ever had ! I have been to cracker barrels all over this great country and food is always great as well as the service. But Shauna G. Is the best waitress They have! The place was packed, but she never stopped smiling an checked several times to see if I needed anything else! And she also stopped at many other tables as well! GREAT JOB SHAUNA ! I they reconcile her out standing work ethic as it is not common for a person of her age!!!!!!

We took my daughter here for her birthday breakfast which she specifically requested due to her prior good experiences. However the quality of the food that we were brought was poor. Our eggs were undercooked, the steak was overcooked, the bacon and sausage were rather dry. The lemonade was overly sweet and items were forgotten from our order. Although we had a couple good experiences here before and the overall dynamic of the restaurant is nice this last visit left a poor feeling with us and my daughter. The staff was pleasant and we would likely give this restaurant another try again.

I love dining here since I live close. Great tasting food, good prices! The reason I didnt give all five stars is because half the time that I order carry out, they forget something that I had ordered. It would show on the receipt correctly. So, if you order carry out, double check your order before heading home! Hope this helps! Cracker Barrell has always been one of my favorite restaurants!

The to-go meal was fine, my complaint mainly is toward management (in particular, one named Jason E.), he showed no common courtesy, bearly knew what was in the meal being ordered, seemed annoyed when dealing with a paying customer.... Quite sad, and a little disappointing (in this day and times), still contemplating what I just witnessed (so, there, you have it...).....

The wait staff has gone to the dogs recently. Waited to get a table that is to be exspected waiting having our drink order and food order taken 14 minutes after being seated and still no drinks on our table 30 minutes there after when we walked out... unacceptable. Acpecilay in a area saturaded with restaurants.

Once again, another successful outing. The wait was pretty long (over 30 minutes) and this was before the late church crowds arrived. It was a colder day so the store was very packed with people waiting to be seated. Once inside, the service was quick and our waiter was top notch. Well be going back soon.

Worst job Ive ever had in my life. A man had a heart attack and my manager screamed at me to continue seating people right next to him to dine. No one working there moved out of the way for ambulances. Terrible people & ran terribly. Not to mention the managers gossip like a bunch of teenagers.

The lunch special Meat loaf had a great flavor but was less than 1/2 thick at the thickest part. The turnip greens were warm (not hot) as were the potatoes. The gravy had set up stiff on the potatoes. The buttermilk baked chicken and okra were great and hot.

Only gave 4 stars because the temperature of the food is below average. Nothing ever comes out hot. Affordable and we love the selection. Meatloaf is just like homemade. Sirloin steaks are always flavorful and delicious. And the best quality of sweet corn.

Good like most Cracker Barrels, but wasnt happy about the price of a drink to go was almost $3.00! Plus when I checked out, an item I purchased got ran up twice! Didnt realize this until I got home (1 hour away)! Not happy about this!

Long lines on the weekends during prime hours. Use google to determine the busy times and go when its not so busy. The server almost bashed my GF in the head with a platter last time I was there. Good thing she ducked.

The waiters are always answers and attentive! Love the food and the prices are very fair! Oh and the country store has the cutest stuff! Definitely my favorite restaurant in this town!

The food was hot and fresh. We stopped at a busy time but waited less than 15 minutes. The shopping was nice too. Lots of new summer items out. Bathrooms clean. Staff friendly.

We were told that we had 20 minutes to wait but we only had to wait about 10 minutes period got seated and took our order immediately and couldnt have been more pleasant.

Open on Thanksgiving, which was nice after a long day of travel. The Thanksgiving offerings were the first time I had ever not ordered breakfast at Cracker Barrel.

Went there for pinto beans.They did not have any. The cornbread was under cooked. Everything else was average. Too bad. As a rule we like Cracker Barrel.
