This is the worst experience Ive had in a long time. The sales people are very rude and really dont want to help you. The girls at the front desk are just rude and are very difficult. I tried to return a pair of defective shoes and was turned down because she said there was a speck of dirt on them. I didnt wear them outside at all. I will be filling a complaint to the BBb regarding. Dont go in this store because the shoes are not quality.

Its a large store with helpful staff and a big clearance section in the back. Its located conveniently between a grilled cheese shop and a Thai restaurant.
