I have nothing bad to say about this place albeit the 30 minutes it takes me to get there. How would you describe this place? If Whole Foods and Aldis or Trader Joes had a love child, it would be Fresh Thymes; Whole Food quality with Aldi/Trader Joes prices. Everything is mysteriously cheap. We stopped in and bought a rump roast for our crock pot for $9 and the same (similar weight) thing at Wal Mart was around the $20 mark. As a family of 6, we eat lots of brown rice and they sell it for $1.99/lb. They keep telling me that yes, they are not selling themselves out of business. Additionally, we found the guy, Tony, that works in the nutritional supplements section to be highly knowledgeable. My wife wanted to try an all natural supplement for something that she was having issues with and he had several recommendations for what she could get, like he had pre-planned his response before we had even come in. I cant post this review without mentioning the pizza. The pizza is REALLY delicious and the $6-7 price point has a $15-20 taste. What does it taste you ask? Let me answer your question with a question: how would you describe the love for your first born child? It tastes like a beautiful sunrise creeping over the mountain tops early in the morning. Its the taste equivalent of the look of excitement on a young childs face on Christmas morning. The pizza almost has a holistic feel to that of a full body massage where it transcends your soul into pizza nirvana. Okay, maybe thats a little much but its good pizza. Bottom line, if you are on the fence about going here, kick yourself into the green grass my friend, and have a pleasant shopping experience.

Very well put together store... BUT THIS SANDWICH IS THE BEST SANDWICH IVE EVER PURCHASED! Everything tastes fresh and tender, all the flavors blend so perfectly. I dont think even a 4 star restaurant could prepare a sandwich better than this store. Heres the kicker, "The flying pig" sandwich I had is only $5.99 and has more meat on it than a subway sub and tastes 50x better. I dont care if I have to drive across town 40 minutes to shop here. This is my new home lol.

Lovely store. Bright, friendly, tons of selection. More selection than Heinens but also more expensive. Great produce, antipasto bar, salad bar, and tons of prepared foods. Large selection of vitamins, beer wine, and produce. Id place this on the same category as Whole Foods in terms of cost. This wont be a regular shopping stop for me, too expensive, but looking for some hard to find ingredients or unique treats (savory or sweet), this is the place.

Similar to heinens in type and quality of selection. A lot of nice, fresh produce, decent meat selection (note: the store brand meat is choice, the grass fed selections are ungraded), not much fish, and not much in canned/dry/frozen goods. Pretty good prepared food area for sandwiches, pizza, sushi, the usual. Also some cool gimmicks like pour your own honey or oil, and self sliced bread. Price wise I would say slightly cheaper than heinens.

I enjoyed my experience immencely...I talked to several employees about various items and they were extemely helpful...I attended the official opening on wednesday morning (it was hectic, but I had fun!)...I went back to the store on thursday and friday so that I could see everything...the fresh fruits & vegetables are nonGMO... (watch out Whole Foods)...I will be returning in the near future

Bought tuna here last week from the seafood counter. The employee wrapped the tuna in a plastic shopping bag then wrapped it in the wax paper. I have never seen fish that is supposed to be wrapped this way. I open the fish less than 24 hours later the the tuna was rancid and bad smelling. Not a normally fishy smell but sour and pungent smelling. Back to Whole Foods for me...

Ever since Fresh Thyme opened in Mayfield Heights, I have gone either every week or every two weeks! I especially love the dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) at the olive/antipasti bar and the sales on produce. :) My only complaints are some items are overpriced and they havent had a sale on blackberries (88 cents) in a while. I still <3 this store, though!

Love it! Perfect location for my family who frequent the area. The staff there is very friendly and knowledge of items in store which is a plus. The store is busy at times but well worth the wait as prices are extremely affordable. I am anxious to see how Whole Food and market will respond to their new competitor. Should be interesting.

It was a really positive experience! Easy to navigate, with friendly, helpful clerks! More pens at the bulking area would be nice. Felt a little more pricy than my usual grocery store (Kroger), but a far different selection as well. Definitely a fair exchange. I dont know if there is a loyalty program, but that might be nice as well!

Very nice store. The produce prices and quality were excellent. All the meats and baked goods looked superb. Some prices were higher than other stores in the area but overall on par or cheaper. If the Mayfield Hts Giant Eagle wants to survive they need to step up their game being they are practically right across the street.

So far (they just opened a few weeks ago in the beginning of February), they have good weekly deals, however they have been really crowded on the weekends. Nice variety of food stuffs and an in-house juice bar. Carries a good variety of specialty items along with the more common items. Lots of bulk items as well.

It was a decent store with its sales, though after its no longer "grand opening" anymore will it still be worth it? Its like a mix of heinens and whole food so if you like those stores check of fresh thyme. Will say their fresh juices are really good but you could make the same thing at home for less.

They are very friendly with children. My son loves the mini shopping cart and the kids free fresh fruit. There are free samples and everything healthy you would want. Its so clean and in stock all the time.

If you havent given Fresh Thyme a a try you are missing something... it is a great store with fantastic prices, beautiful produce Bakery and more.... and it doesnt close until 10 p.m.

I dont know who is in control of rotisserie chickens . They are not cooked. U can still see blood and bones r still red. Terrible. Tried to contact the manager and couldnt speak to one

Grand Opening was 2/8/17. Was very crowded that day, but well worth the effort to check it out. They managed the crowd very well. This will be a regular place for me to shop.

The sale items have wrong prices in the computer, so watch out when cashier scans your items. There are lots of overpriced items, but those that are on sale are pretty good.

This store must have every organic food product on the market which is great but should have some generic options too. Id rather not pay $4.50 for organic vegetable stock.

Really like this grocery store. The food is fresh, the store is clean, the sale prices are excellent but some of the items that are not on sale are rather pricey.
