DO NOT drop off any items at this location! THEY WILL LOSE YOUR ITEMS! I dropped of a package to return about a week ago at this location (June 18th) to return to Amazon. I saw online that it wasnt scanned into the UPS store, so I contacted the store and the older lady could not find anything on it. Talked to the owner/manager Tom and he had to take 30 minutes to look at "paper work" (meaning he had to scramble around to find the package) and he blamed it on the drivers. Then he proceeded to tell me that he has no actual proof that I walked in the store (which we could get the cameras of the parking lot). So after him not liking what Im saying, he hung up. He was very rude! Dont leave your items at this store! They will lose it!

They practically did everything for me. All I had to do was pay. I would advise getting insurance on your package as I can see what another reviewer was saying about a package being lost very possible. I hadnt read the review until after, but realize now it could have been bad. All I got was a receipt and a tracking number.

Still havent got my phone I mean come on sprint promised yesterday get on your feet I still dont have it!!!!! Very poot need better reliable drivers
