I am a contractor. I have donated to the Re-Store many times over the years and have volunteered for Habitat in the past. When I went to donate today, I had to wait 20 minutes while the people behind the counter chatted about junk mail. After going to the drop off door for the second time, I was treated like dirt! I will NEVER donate or volunteer again. Horrible organization, horrible public relations.

The Dayton located Habitat for Humanity store is a regular shopping stop for me. The store keeps a rotating stock of goods ranging from tile to appliances, hardwood to appliances, and if you are consistent and flexible you can really find some great items at an even better price. The staff is very friendly and personable and I always look forward to chatting while I peruse the aisles.

Im in the Restore at least once a week. This is a great place if youre trying to remodel a home or just have a project you need some random pieces parts for. I recently picked up a large solid wood door because I wanted a computer desk that was sturdy and 36 inches deep. Im still trying to figure out why they have some ridiculous prices on the furniture sometimes.

Probably shouldnt let everybody know that they have great deals on furniture windows and other building supplies. At the very least youre helping a good cause as well as getting great deals. I have had other friends go there on my recommendation and theyve been very happy

If you considered a military discount, you would generate goodwill and probably get more donations when we constantly move. Lowes and HD do 10%. I drop off stuff all the time but dont buy as often as I would with 10% off.

Prices are 3 to 4 times higher than any other Habitat for humanity we have ever been in and we been in alot of them... Dont Bother go to Lowes...

Decent prices on used home furnishings, just didnt have what I was looking for. Was told to check back as inventory is always changing.
