Tower City Center is an interesting place to visit and a must see if you are visiting Cleveland, Ohio. The layout is absolutely beautiful! The floors are made of marble, there are lovely paintings on the ceilings near the front doorway, there are several floors to shop on, and plenty of places to eat. There is also a parking garage or you can access the Center by riding the bus or taking the train. The mall is well kept and I have never seen it dirty, and you can even visit the tower and get a grand view of the city from one of the top floors! There is a movie theatre, it is connected to the casino, and there is even a walkway that takes you to the Calves games and the baseball field. Pretty freakin awesome if you ask me. Oh but wait theres more! It is within walking distance to several hotels, around the corner from lots of bars, clubs, and restaurants! A must see, do visit sometime soon. It is also well policed and cameras are everywhere so you dont have to worry about someone trying to hurt you.

Always clean and safe, never too crowded. Movie theatre plays nearly all big films, even some more indie features and of course hosts CIFF (Cleveland International Film Festival). Food court is lacking (yet w 3 different chinese options) though the Aunti Annes is the bomb. Some stores of note like Starbucks, Rainbow, Journey, Claires, FYE, Bath and Body Works, Hallmark. Stores close early but you can always strong through the mall as it is the center hub for RTA trains and connects to the sport stadiums. A Dollar is worth a stroll through as it contains all sorts of odds and ends for life, home or celebrations. Even small amounts of stationary, clothing, pet, craft and garden supplies. Ive found some great random jems there, like a astrology themed board game from the late 90s for $3. But i wouldnt buy any plastic items you plan to use in the kitchen or that children may chew on, I doubt anything there is BPA free.

The Terminal Tower is a Cleveland landmark and anyone in town visiting NEEDS to stop by Tower City. While the shopping isnt quite what it once was, theres still something for just about everyone and some high end retailers sich as Brooks Brothers remain. The theater is home to the very excellent Cleveland International Film Festival annually, and the food court offers a glorious view out over the mighty Cuyahoga river. Captivating fountains, marvelous architecture, easy access to the casino, and a chance to step back in time to the glory days of the rust belt, all towering above a Rapid Transit station and parking garage for easy access. If you havent been to the Terminal Tower, youve barely been to Cleveland.

Tower City apparently has wifi throughout the center. But if you plug in your laptop or phone into an electrical outlet anywhere including the food court where it is out of the way and no one will trip over it, the management and security will harass you and threaten to kick you out if you do not unplug the device. Apparently it is a violation of their ridiculous "Code of Conduct". Avoid this dump of a shopping mall. This place is like a zoo by itself in both the figurative and literal sense. They even have pigeons flying around the food court. I would like to give zero stars if possible.

The "center" of downtown Cleveland, you can get here by bus or train, and once here you can walk anywhere you wish downtown. There is a walkway leading right into Quicken Loans Arena, and from there its just a few more minutes of a walk to get to Progressive Field. You can walk out into Public Square and it is just a short distance to walk down to First Energy Stadium. Wherever you live one the Cleveland area, there is public transportation to Tower City, and from there the city is yours to explore.

Really disappointed. Ive been working downtown for almost 20 years and this place has gone down the tubes. Its so sad to see. I dont remember Christmases at Halles. But I do remember Christmas time here. The decorations were outstanding. Its sad to see hardly any decorations of late. Most of the retailers have left because of increased rent, now its like a ghost town. Luckily RTA still runs thru. Have seen any improvements sine there is a new owner, only price increases. :(

Its a decent mall. I love to go here, once in a while. However, its, practically, a joke. There are few really good stores. Closing Borders, definitely, wasnt a good move and the sales ladies at Bath and Body Works are annoying as hell. (Im warning you, now: Theyre, practically, SHARKS...) They dont have a Hot Topic or Spencers, either. In my opinion, a mall isnt a, "real," mall, unless they have those stores. Want to go to a really great mall? Go to the South Park Mall. :) <3

I love tower city, all the stores and the casino, even a movie theater and food court. You can find anything at tower city. I love going around the holidays, its so beautifully decorated. You can take the rapid right into tower city, which is convenient because you dont have to pay for outrageous parking. You can catch the rapid from just about anywhere, east side or west side. Public square is recently redone with ice skating. Its just an all around wonderful experience.

Tower city is just like a mall. You can save money on parking by taking your store receipts to tower city security/information and they will pro rate your parking ticket(dont forget to bring your parking ticket inside dont leave in car)so when you leave the parking lot and have to pay it will be less than full price!! I love saving money! They also have cheap food in food court, you can see a movie here, with 2 levels of shopping. Also the Casino

I tried to switch my phone service from Boost to Cricket and the guy was very rude and not helpful at all. I questioned the promotional offer and the discount and he said that i couldnt get everything for free. Im African American. I called Cricket myself and asked of the promotional offer and they told me that it was offered last month but the guy tried to say it didnt exist. He was very nasty and i would NEVER get service from downtown.

I had a nice time at the mall. Im glad that there were places to sit after walking around for a long time. The mall not only houses a variety of stores in it, it connects the casino, metro and houses the Ritz Carlton. Its got a movie theater too. So, you could stay, shop, eat, gamble, watch a movie and travel to another place from the same location. Fun fact - A few scenes from the movie Captain America: Winter Soldier were shot here.
