My girlfriend still shops here sometimes and I keep telling her not to, its the low prices that attract her I guess, but EVERY SINGLE TIME she brings stuff home the fruits and veg rot within 2 days or its immediately inedible from the start. The worse experience I had there was on the way out, they had stacks of mixed peppers in bags right at the checkout lane and EVERY SINGLE BAG was clearly rotten, black spots, mold, flies, the works and I cant imagine anyone owning a store and thinking thats normal to put that out on the floor. Whoever buys rotten bags of produce, please stop so they will stop selling it. This store is off my radar and I ignore it every time we pass it and I can only hope my girlfriend will stop patronizing them so I can stop seeing plumes of fruit flies every time she shops there. I found the staff for the most part are ok, with a few unfriendly ones. I stopped buying deli there a long time ago due to meats that lasted just 1-2 days. I honestly wouldnt miss this place if it stopped operating or would be nice if they passed the place on to someone who will care for it better. I dont like writing reviews like this but if it will get the attention of the owners to make a difference it would benefit the community, because I would love to write a glowing review if they offered consistent quality and service.

I am an advocate to good business. I will patron, frequent, share the name and make special purchases for others just to show support. S&R Farm Market Broadview Road, North Royalton IS NOT GOOD business. 2 fruit baskets purchased in December. I was pleased. 26 baskets in April and half of the recipients received had rotten fruit. The merchant is not honest nor fair in his dealings. I picked up baskets on Thursday to give Friday and again on Friday to give Sunday. Baskets from each day had poor quality fruit and some that could not be consumed. People were embarrassed to say something to me but when they did I approached the merchant. His immediate comment “I made 25 other baskets and no complaints, I don’t know what you want me to do.” The merchant denied, put the blame on me for allowing the baskets to sit in the hot sun (temperature was 47 degrees Good Friday 2016) and would do nothing to make it right. Don’t support bad business! Fruitless & Frustrated in North Royalton.

Dis-gust-ing! I just happened to stop in to buy a freaking shallot. The stench that hit me upon opening the door was overwhelming of rotten fruit and vegetables. Everywhere I looked was rotten lettuce, rotten oranges, cabbage, melons....flies flies flies everywhere. Literally brown, moldy cauliflower. I have never been so apauled in my life. I turned right around and left. How they stay In business is beyond me. Horrid.

Prices are fine but considering over HALF their food spoils and is thrown out , they should sell their food cheaper. There is a random 4 day window about twice a month their food is fresh. Its worth it to stop in and see if everything is spoiled or not before you stop at a big chain store. but FYI get your meat else where. Excellent place to get fruit for wine locally.

I decided to stop here really quick for a new fruit for my baby to try. I picked up two nectarines. I was going to eat one and then puree the other for my son. I cut into the first one and it was completely brown inside. The second was a bit better but neither were edible. Very disappointed. This was the same day I bought them.

Really, Almost everything buy here goes bad in two days, they obviously buy seconds, sift through and sell what is still presentable. Trying to patronize the small business owner cannot do it any more I lose more money in wasted produce than paying top dollar at a big supermarket.

Bought an item and got home and noticed it expired 11/2016. I brought it back in and the cashier said "they are probably fine, Ill eat them." Then I asked if I could get another and blew me off. I went back over and the whole rack was expired.

Best fruit trays with dip! Tasty, fresh fruit variety at a fraction of the price youll pay at other grocery stores. Id recommend for any summer party on your calendar... Quick, easy and delicious!

My wife bought some pomegranates from there to surprise me since she knows i love them. On the outside, they looked red and delicious, on the inside they were dried out and stale - inedible.

No fresh produce and a bunch of fruit flies all over the peaches, plums and nectarines. The vegetables were all wilted. Definitely scared to buy something from there.

Rotted fruit and vegetables everywhere and spoiled green colored meat in the meat case. Would not buy anything there for fear of getting seriously ill.

Everything I bought was rotten the next day. I will not shop at this place ever again. Farmer Jones or the west side market for me.

Very fresh produce, great fresh chicken, nice pricing. Pricing beats any of the local discount stores and the quality is much higher.

Even though place smells (rotting fruit/veggie smell) there are some good, healthy finds. Some pricey, but some reasonable produce.

Just keep an eye on the produce, some times is closer to being overripe. Great prices.

Price is great. Produce tends to be best end of life. Best to use right away.
