Was there when a new bike came in one day . They couldnt price it yet next day when Im on my way to come in again and still not priced and they couldnt price it for me even though I wanted that item . Left a message for manager saying I wanted that bike Ill Im doing was waiting for a price . Called the next day third contact still have not got it priced and was intending on pricing at that day while I was at work told him I still wanted that bike . Took time out of my work to call them immediately to see if they priced it again for the fourth contact and was told they priced it and sold it immediately so why did I even bother to make that effort when I did not have the ability to purchase it or why even show that I want it and then sell it to someone else makes no sense pricing was not the issue making it sellable resume and then asked three times was the issue ! there something wrong with this !

Good to check in to every now and again. The prices and quantity often fluctuate. The staff are solid, but be prepared to wait as many customers fail to read prices and daily deals. Customers then insist upon arguing with the staff. It sucks waiting behind people who refuse to read and make "service demands." Its good will, not a 5 diamond hotel.

Items seemed to be a bit more pricey@this particular location, than@any of the other area Goodwill stores... I only bought two pairs of kids shorts and two shirts, it cost me about $15. I would of come out of the Cheviot location with lots of items-for around the same price or lower...

The customer service is amazing,,, I was in a rush and in need of some help. A lady stop what she was doing to assist me and did it with all smiles!!!!!! I end up getting more than wat I came from for because of her!!!!!

The best place to shop for clothing, shoes and nick nacks. Saturdays are always 50% off and Sundays are 50% off 50 and older. I have found alot of great items for myself and children who love shopping here as well.

Its pretty bad. Even for a Goodwill lack selection. Its a very small store and it felt picked over. Theres still some thrift store charm but less than what it should be.
