Omg awful was lied to and treated awful was told for today only everything in the store was half off EVERYTHING except furniture we made sure to ask a few different times and well wouldnt u know it we got to register and of course we were told completely wrong after we spent hours in there shopping. Then we go to pay our bill came to $50.16 I handed them a 50 dollar bill and a quarter and the casier told me she couldnt accept a 50? OK I understand that if I was wanting change or if my bill wasnt $50 but to tell me u couldnt accept that and my bill came to that come on ppl! so I had to end up having my friend pay for it on her card because I left mine at home because they would not take my cash.....really not a good place to go because of the ppl that work there. If you expect customer service find another place! !

The one thing I like is every day they have different tag colors that are 50% off. Yah some stuff is high but having these sales unlike the Goodwill help get rid of stock faster. Ive seen the back room of goodwill and never is it small. Seems like they are selfish in not doing so. At least they have various prices, you can choose to get something cheaper. At Goodwill everything is same price. From 69 cents on up. Love this store.

Horrible customer service. None of the money made at this store helps local programs. Their staff is lazy and ships all clothing left in dressing rooms to their favorite charity, adult drug rehab program in ohio. Manager has an attitude and her employees know they can get away with talking back to customers in a way that would get them for ed at a traditiona! Retail store.

This Salvation Army is HUGE. Found 2 nice shirts 50% off totaling just over $3. All the clothes are arranged by size and color. Had an okay selection of household items. There was a really nice couch I wouldve bought if I wasnt from out of town.

I went there today to find a few warm weather things. Staff is real nice, always has been. It is really dark in some areas. Hard to see tags on clothing or to just see the piece of clothing due to lack of lighting. Left feeling frustrated.

Very large selection of clothes. Bought DVDs in a plastic sack said do not open or they wont sell but they were missing DVDs just one and two empty cases

Me and my family go every Wednesday for family day, most of our clothes come from there. Its not a very clean building but its still very nice.

Weirdly high prices on badly damaged, decrepit stock. Very few good deals. The staff is not unkind, just terribly inefficient and slow.

I like that they color code the clothes. That said, the prices are too high for poor quality items and a dirty run down store
