I called them multiple times and it did nothing but ring they wouldnt answer. Then I went in hoping theyd have the tool I was looking for. I walked in a older woman as standing at the counter and I asked her what isle I could find that tool, she just looked at me as if she didnt know where anything was. Then a man walked up behind me talking on the phone, he paused and said "isle 4 and we are only taking purchases for 10 more minutes" then he continued with his phone conversation. Did I mention this was at 6:30? According to google theyre open till 8, maybe they close at 7 or something but still, it was only 6:30. I found the tool I needed and went to the old lady at the register and she pulled out a notepad and started writing the item down. I said wait you can still accept credit cards right? She said "no" in the blahest way ever. I was slightly short on cash so I asked again if theres any way she can accept credit. Once again "no". No apology or anything. Just a rude old lady and a rude man who dont care about the customer and close shop early. Ill never go here again and I suggest you dont either.

I walked in a little frantic to find a pulley for a pesky job we were working on and Dawn saw the look in my eyes when I walked in. She immediately approached me and asked if she could help! I showed her what I was looking for and she directed me to it right away and even helped me carry everything back to the counter! She is def a team oriented person! Give that girl a pat on the back!!! Way to go Harbor Freight!!!

Cant beat the prices. The quality of some of the tools is questionable, so make sure you check the reviews online before purchasing a tool (some of the tools really are great, though). As mentioned by others, consumables are always a great buy compared to Home Depot and the like.

It would be nice if they were open according to their posted hours. They claim to be open today at 8am yet when you drive all the way there they are closed yet its 845am now??? Really? Poor first impression of customer service.

The staff was very bad at there jobs did not help me try to find something that was on sale its was just nasty this was my first time in a harbor freight and my last just not worth the savings to deal with

BUSY STORE... Been to many - great for certain consumables. This store is always busy (not a bad thing). Staff is helpful, stock is good. Parking can be a challenge - and the layout is awkward.
