Not sure if he is the owner but whenever I go in when HE is working he is just so condescending. Example: today I asked for 2 of shift cable "tubing" and he quickly corrected me and called it "housing". Whatever - he knew what I was talking about so why focus on correcting me? So then he asked if I needed cable too. I said "no thanks". He said sternly "you gotta change the cable". I quickly said no I bought new shifters and they came with new cable and I was just short on the housing! I could have spent $9.99 on 30 meters of Jagwire from Amazon but instead I spent $8 on 2 and got made fun of for free. The younger guys are usually pretty helpful but this guy is just a tool.

This store is suppose to carry GT Bikes and Apparel. They have some Bikes, No Apparel or accessories for the Brand. Besides that though, the customer service was Horrible. They seem very non-friendly and could care less about anything you asking. They just want your Money, they dont care about you as a Customer in my opinion. I will not be returning to this place and will order my stuff online before I have to deal with these guys again. I hope this helps

I am cycle touring on the on the Northern Tier route with my friend from west to east. We stopped in for a link on a chain. These guys treated us like royalty even though we spent $2 there. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and understood touring. Best shop we have stopped at in 2000 miles of traveling. If you are riding through Fargo or live here, use these guys for your shop.

The bike shop has some of the best customer service that Ive ever dealt with. The people working there are very excited to help, even if they know theyre not going to make the sale today. I became a customer for life when I was invited back for food and drinks. Also they told me I dont need things I thought I needed.
