The mission of employing adults with special needs is awesome. In case that were not enough to earn 5 stars, the store itself is the best executed thrift store I have ever visited, it is clean and extremely well organized. My wife and I shop there regularly and it seems like every week we are telling someone "that came from HandmeUPs!" HandmeUPs is also our exclusive donation site for all items we no longer need ourselves. I recommend this store to people more than any other business!

A great variety of clothing and brand name quality. With extremely friendly staff, Hand me ups rivals some department stores! The best part though is the cause they work for: Employing Autistic People. A beautiful work of charity, Hand Me Ups has great priced clothing, jewelry, and more. Its one of the best thrift shops in Raliegh.

The absolute best thrift store in Raleigh with an amazing selection of new items as well. My whole family shops here at least once a week and sometimes more. A great place for everything. Especially gifts for all ages. Thank you to the owners for their dedication to their mission and hard work.

One of the best Thrift shops in the Triangle with a large assortment of clothing, costume finds, furniture and even some housewares. The best part is the feeling that you are helping to employ Locally and give training to people with different abilities.

The owner is really hands-on. She personally thanked us for our donations and keeps the store reasonably neat and clean. Books are somewhat sorted (We like books) and we often find a neat gem. Glad they are HERE!
