My experience with this store is ok but very overwhelming at best.I feel very uncomfortable shopping here. What I dislike the most is the clothing, furniture, long lines and everything else is terrible.Youll have to ask for prices on stuff when you shop here.If there is something you are looking for specific,GOOD LUCK trying to find it. BE PREPARE to be there a while. No one cant even help once you in there.YOURE OWN YOUR OWN!!! Also, let me start out by saying, that the bathrooms are most unsanitary have I ever seen.It smells almost like the restrooms at Walmart.AVOID this place if you can.Youre better off with Goodwill for any selection.

This is undoubtedly the best thrift store in the triangle. First they have a lot of stuff, and secondly, their prices are good and in most cases, the prices match what you would expect for used items. Most often you would find highly useful stuff for an unbelievably low price. Their furniture is kind of expensive for their used condition, thats why they are now being accumulated no one wants to buy them. I however wish their store on Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd had a similar pricing philosophy. Unfortunately the one on Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd is outrageouexpensive for a thrift store.

Very good, clean items and store is very organized and clean. Bought many items here for newly built house. The employees are a first hand experience of Gods work and their perseverance to want to be free of addiction and pain. Ive talked with a few who happily shared their story. I supported the DRM through my church, Crosspoint, in Cary and when I moved to Durham and started shopping here it was warming to see what prayers and contributions can do in people lives.

Clothes and for that matter, store smells like urine and water damage. Lots of waste with furniture and donations sitting outside in the rain, with high prices stuff doesnt move fast enough to make room for more. Prices higher than other thrift stores, furniture prices outrageous. Lots of stuff though so if you need something youre sure to find it.

If youre donating, the people are awesome! Very helpful, unloaded our very full van in 3 minutes, had the paperwork ready when we were done. Waaaaay better than Goodwill on Grove Barton Road. If youre buying, the selection is solid, good variety. I havent shopped there other than just to walk in, so read other reviewers for that experience.

Usually one of my favorite thrift stores, but they closed at 8PM rather than 8:30, and I wound up having to leave when I really wasnt finished. When I asked about it, they said that sometimes they do that "if there arent very many people in the store." Seems pretty unprofessional to me. Other than that, a very good store.

The manager was clearly out of his league. He acted as though he was just frustrated with even being there.Unlike the other Durham Rescue Missions. I put it this way had just moved had absolutely no furniture. I didnt leave there with anything.Went straight to Helping Hands furnished my whole apt.

I dropped items off and got great service. I proceeded to shop for a desk. Found it and a chair practically new for $15 total with great service as well. I was on my way to Wal-mart for the same items. Would have spent at least $120 there. Thanks Good Will! Give and ye shall receive!

If youre ever looking for something, stop here; this place is huge and will most likely have whatever kind of clothe item youre looking for. Being a thrift store, the prices are ridiculously good and nothing that I saw was damaged or unclean.

My favorite thrift shop to go to! The employees are super nice, they have a great range of everything there that is also organized, and they even have a points program. I have gotten furniture, clothing, and tech supplies at this shop.

Pretty good selection of stuff. Sometimes a bit of a mess, but they seem to have more volume than they can handle. The closed on Sunday thing means I almost never go as that is my normal doing things and running around day.

The better of the three locations. Great selection though the condition of the books has slipped slightly as some are kept permanently outdoors now. Still a great place to rummage through and find some treasures.

I love this place! But the last time I was there a women approached my husband and I and accused us of stealing and was VERY rude to us and her fellow teammates. I was shocked by her behavior!

Found gently used Uggs, new Vans sneakers, $.99 Under Armour football pants... And SO many other things. Like any other thrift store youve got to dig but the treasure is there!

My Favorite thrift store. It is sized like Home Depot, and has everything from couches to crutches. The clothing is nicely organized and there is a spot to try on.

Wouldnt answer the phone an hour before they closed. Also they were pushing us out of the store 15 minutes before they closed. Seemed a bit rude.

They have a lot of cheap furniture. Not like other thrift stores that het donated furniture and try to get full value from them.

Wide selection on a lot of stuff, especially furniture. I got a deal on a couch which still had the original retail tags on it.
